It's a script triggering on all our pages.
It would be nice if we could open a ticket as the support representative on behalf of the customer. Currently, you can open a ticket, but it's somewhat clunky, and the first ticket is submitted as if the customer sent it.
An example of use would be you have an issue with a customer order so you open a ticket to notify the customer of that issue, and there is tracking attached to that customer's profile in the CRM. It's better than a manual reach-out, and multiple people can view the status of the order.
Hello! Is it possible to send a customer reply using a webhook? Only creating a new ticket or replying as an AGENT is supported at the moment, but I want to reply as a customer for my Make.com automation (I am connecting Fluent Support with Slack and Messenger).
Thank you :)
I'm a total n00b π€ Just getting started with FS (and loving it so far!). We are using FluentSupport with FluentBoards to receive support tickets and track the work done, respectively.
I would love to be able to modify the statuses in FS, similar to how you can modify "stages" in FB. Is this possible and I'm just missing it?
Can anyone confirm if FluentSupportβs email piping feature works with Cloudflareβs email routing?
Hi, I want to create a workflow like this:
- when a customer creates a support ticket with priority high, I want to get a notification via Slack
- also, if a ticket is created during a specific period (date to date), I want also to get a notification via Slack no matter what priority
I have the Slack integration enabled, but I get a notification for every support ticket, what I don't want.
Is there a way to customize it like I want?
Nitin Yawalkar: I'm using Flowmattic integrated with Fluent Support.
I was developing in the staging environment and now I'm going to implement it in the production environment.
When I exported the workflow from the staging environment and imported it into the production environment, the entire flow didn't appear.
How do I send the information to your support team for assistance?
Hey, quick question β is there a way in Fluent Support to randomize the ticket number and add a custom prefix? Right now, when setting up a new business, the numbering starts from 1, 2, 3, 4β¦ but it would be great if we could either randomize the sequence or set a starting point with a prefix so it doesnβt look like a brand-new system.
I see BetterDocs Integration but I don't find BetterDocs very user friendly. Bonus if there's a KB with WordPress stock help articles.
