Hey team πŸ‘‹

I was expecting a shiny new UI for the backend… and maybe even some cool integrations with the community features. πŸ‘€

What’s cooking behind the scenes? Can we get a sneak peek? πŸ˜„

So when using FluentCRM and you send an email you can see when it was opened (assuming images are enabled). I would like to see this same functionality in the tickets so that when I reply - I can see if my customer has viewed the reply.

I get spam emails to my support inboxes on a semi-regular basis. It would be great to have a simple way (but with a confirmation) to add a sender to a "blacklist" and delete the email I'm viewing.

I invision a single blacklist that simply hides emails from hitting my Fluent Support inboxes (all of them) and deletes the incoming emails so they don't take up space in my database.

I don't need to use existing spam lists or anything, just a way to mark incoming emails as junk.

Hi, does anyone have a suggestion for exporting tickets - this is primarily from the data management perspective so the site doesn't get overloaded

I'm a single person agency managing 175+ sites - I'm thinking of using FluentSupport rather than just my inbox - I'm curious how others have used this and if you've found it helpful

We have a support contract with a company -> this is our customer.
In this company, multiple people are allowed to open a ticket with us.

However, in the reports, I would like to see the time tracking for the entire company and not the individual ticket openers. Is this possible in any way?

I also use Fluent CRM - it has the company structure.

Thank you in advance!

How do I give my staff access to support when tickets are assigned to them? Or is there a short code to embed on the page for them to gain access?

Hi guys,

Im setting up the full Fluent Suite on my site and I'm struggling with the common login for all the plugins, mainly with FS when logging in as a customer.

Because it was confusing to me I decided to use Fluent Auth. I also have Fluent CRM (Free Version for now but will upgrade soon). To connect to Fluent Community and WordPress, no problems, but when wanting to access the Support portal page as a customer, it says that I have to login. It shows a login form under the URL of the support portal instead of sending them to the default login page which uses Fluent Auth. But if I redirect the customer to the login page - which could be possible - it says they are connected.

So I'm confused why they are not allowed or not connected in order to see the support portal when they actually are properly connected to Wordpress (and Fluent Community).

Any ideas on where I'm going wrong please?

Thank you in advance for thinking along! β˜€οΈ

Hi Shahjahan JewelΒ  i have fluent support pro 1.9.2 and i cannot find cc option in tickets it was there when using email inboxes but now it disappered it was one of the most used feature and there is a bug when customer creates ticket and has cc we dont see the cc email addresses because there are many situations in which ticket is created by employee and boss is in cc so he can view the communication but currently its very limited in fluent support

Hi! I just tried to register an application with MS for my new FluentSMTP. However, you now need to join the M365 Developer Program or subscribe to Azure. Would you happen to know of any way around doing this? Thank you! ~ Kellie
