  • Added: Workflow trigger based on Fluent Cart product and order from custom fields.,
  • Added: Option to integrate the customer portal into the Fluent Cart customer dashboard.,

Our team is also working on FluentSupport version 2.0. In version 2, we are going to redesign the whole Support ticketing interface with better UX in mind. It's a lot of work, and our team has been building the new UI for the last couple of months. It will speed up your workflow, better data visualization, and speed up responses to your tickets. Version 2 will be the biggest update ever. I am so excited ahout this upcoming mega release.

Shahjahan JewelΒ As someone with a highly customized front-end, are there any major changes to styling anticipated for 2.0 on the front-end?

Shahjahan Jewel

This is great news!! The automation by product especially, will it require setting up or does it pull the product data from Fluent Cart (apologies as i've only got it on a test site at the moment and don't have multiple licenses of Support to test!)

I think you can use your single license on your live site and dev sites like: dev.', '.staging.', '.test.', 'staging-*.' at the same time - ref: link

Mat β€ŽΒ Thanks Mat, looks like i can add the products easily, but then every product needs to be included in an automation. I was hoping to be able to expose the brand of the product based on the customers selection and then use that to assign. As it stands it's better but it'll need constant updating with each new product release.

And good tip on the single license, unfortunately i'm using a separate URL for testing the whole Fluent universe as Staging will continue to be the backup for my Woo store....

Any chance to expand email piping, so that new messages can be fetched from mailboxes directly via RPOP / FetchMail?

In EU it's critical to use AWS due to USCloudAct2018, which seems the underlaying infrastructure running your piping feature.

Shahjahan JewelΒ Thanks for the new fluent support version! I have a feature request for 2.0, that I already made a long time ago through support. Would it be possible for an admin to reply to a ticket as another agent? Sometimes, I don't want to reply to a ticket as myself, but as the company (customer support account, no individual name). To do this, I have to log into a different account in a different browser, which is cumbersome. It would be great if we were able (only as an administrator of course) to select an agent so we can reply in their stead? Same thing when I close a ticket, I'd like to be able to close a ticket as "Customer Support", without having to log into that account. Thanks for considering this!

Screenplay UnlimitedΒ Its an absolute neccesity for my team to have this feature, i sincerely hope it's in version 2.0 as otherwise we'll have to consider going to a saas solution to acheive it which will lose us the other proposed updates...

Shahjahan JewelΒ Awesome update...Does this integration with FluentCart allow to charge for support ticket or is coming soon?

Nicole Young

Is there any obvious reason the plugin update would fail? This is the first time I've seen this error.
