When viewing Activity Reports, we have the option to select preset timeframes such as Last Week, Last Month, Last Year. These options are not available on any of the other Reports views (for the top chart). It occurs to me that it might be a better UX to add the presets to the top chart and apply those presets to both the chart and the summary below. I do see the presets for the various summaries.
In our case, I am seeing several tickets missing a product due to the support agent's failure to set a product. I can coach our team to follow that process better, but it would be also great to be able to assign a product to multiple tickets at once.
When closing a ticket, I want to check whether time tracking has been completed, i.e. whether a value has been entered there (0 is also a value for me). If it has not been completed, then the ticket should not be able to be closed.
Does anyone have any idea how I can implement this?
I'd like to utilise the customisation of the forms instead of the standard form so want to hide the create ticket button in the customer portal - is this possible struggling to find the key :)
Currently, I have one domain and thousands of different subdomains. Which FluentCRM service package should I use to best suit bulk email sending? I also want to know how to set up automated emails so that when a customer fills out a form on any subdomain, that subdomain will automatically send an email to the customer who submitted the form, and likewise for all other subdomains. Please assist me with this.
Hey everyone,
We're facing two issues with FluentSupport and I'm wondering if others have the same experience:
- When someone sends in an email formatted in HTML, the styling gets stripped or displays incorrectly β just plain text or messed-up layout.
- When someone forwards an email, we only see their message, not the actual forwarded email content. So the thing they're trying to show us is missing.
Is this a known limitation or is there something weβre missing in the settings?
Thanks!
β Marco
It would be great to be able to filter reporting data by tags.
It would be great to assign a product as a Workflow Action
I'm currently trying to get Fluent Support up and running for my team.
Upon closing a ticket, the team member should report a special unit count for the ticket. I created a custom field for this purpose.
However, a regular team member is only allowed to change these custom fields if they have the rights to change all settings. I don't want that; I only want them to write content into the custom fields. What options does Fluent Support offer?
hi, is it possible to use auto login links in support tickets? It would make my life so much easier :-)
