It would be awesome to have a cc field or ability to add a 2nd email address to a support ticket. I understand why there is currently only a field for a single email address.

Many times with my support requests I'm working with at least two people or there is someone I need to cc on a support request. Having that ability be awesome unless there is a work-around I'm unaware of.

How does the email piping feature decide on whether to open a new ticket or consider an email to be a response to an existing ticket?

We're seeing the same ticket being used for different email subjects, because the subject starts the same...

"The Wedding business box - July’s docs" re-opened a ticket titled
"The Wedding business box - May’s training"

...when it really should have been a new ticket.

It would be even cooler to import HTML templates from FluentCRM. Anyone else think this might be useful?

I have a complex form. In order to simplified, to make it more user friendly, I want to divide the form in different container with legend to identify the title of this section.

Hi gang. Loving the product, but just one issue at the moment...

I would like to include the public ticket URL inside my own link. So that the text of the link could be 'view this ticket online', rather than showing the full (long and ugly) URL.

I've tried the obvious/standard method of wrapping the \<a href" ... around it, but it doesn't work.

But I guess there must be a way to do it? Can you help?

Thanks,

Simon

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have just noticed about this on the Query Monitor :)

I know this place isn't a support platform but can a FluentCRM or Fluent Support user may assist me?

Hello everyone,
A client of mine uses FluentSupport and FluentCRM on their site. We easily created a support ticket when they received a new order. Can we automatically change the order status when the support ticket is closed? I tried with workflow and automations but I didn't get any results.

Thanks in advance to everyone who took the time to respond.

I'm using FluentCommunity Pro to create private B2B spaces. I'd like to add a support page inside each space (e.g. /space/company-name/support) where the client can submit tickets and only see their own.

Questions:

  1. Can I embed a ticket form or the support portal directly into such a page?
  2. How can I assign tickets to a specific category or inbox?
  3. How can I make sure the client only sees their own tickets?

I tried FluentSupport a week or two ago and ultimately decided against switching for a couple reasons. Unfortunately, my existing ticketing system is driving me even more crazy lately so I'm looking at FluentSupport again.

One feature I must have is the ability to limit visibility based on Business Inbox. I see the 'Business Inbox Access Restriction' option when editing support staff and have set one staff person to only have access to the Accounting business inbox. However, when I login as that staff person, I'm able to see see tickets that are assigned to other business inboxes. Is this normal behavior? Am I misinterpreting the 'Business Inbox Access Restriction' setting?

Thanks!

The cUstomers list is getting populated with a lot of spam customers. It would be a great enhancement to be able to have a checkbox next to each so that multiple can be selected at once to delete!
