What are People Using for Help Articles / Knowledge Base?

I see BetterDocs Integration but I don't find BetterDocs very user friendly. Bonus if there's a KB with WordPress stock help articles.

Donald McGuinnΒ That is definitely my fallback plan.

I tried CPTs but ended with Docusaurus (https://docusaurus.io). Much easier to setup and maintain.

I would love to see FluentSUpport integrated with FluentCommunity

Marjan CrabtreeΒ We're already working on improving the integration. FluentCommunity team is working fast, but they have a big roadmap to cover. Will keep you posted about the progress Marjan! We value and appreciate your input. Keep sharing!

Hey Trevor LowingΒ
Try VitePress, if you don't have isssues with MarkDown. We're slowly transitioning to VitePress. It's more readily accessible for LLM's and easy to train models for AI chatbots.

I just discovered and implemented Smart Docs and am very happy with it. It is much more lightweight than many other plugins of this sort, but the default interface and functionality is quite nice. It's easy to add their custom 'doc' type to be included in the knowledgebase search of the Fluent Support ticket form, too. https://wordpress.org/plugins/smart-docs/
