UPDATE: Shajahan Jewel took care of this personally, early in his day. I suspect the problem was on Paypal's end, NOT on WP Manage Ninja's side. And I got great customer service from WP Manage Ninja. (Thanks!)
*** Original post follows:
I purchased FluentCommunity and got a receipt (from Paypal), but the download link leads to a 404, my dashboard doesn't show a license, and my "Purchases" history says the transaction is "On hold."
I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this sort of problem and if it could it be related Fluent's transfer over to FluentCart.
I opened a ticket about this 6 hours ago, and I've not heard anything back yet, but I marked the ticket as "normal" urgency, though, so maybe I'm being impatient... :-)
Friends, I noticed such a messenger on Fluent websites. Could you tell me what this module is?
Thanks!
Friends, I am interested in your experience in organizing the administrative part of your Fluent business ecosystems. Do you use the WP Adminify plugin for this? Do you have such an experience? And who can solve this issue by other solutions. I will be glad to hear your feedback about your experience. Thanks!
I'm curious to know if you've started preparing for Divi 5 and what the current state is of your plugins for when Divi 5 becomes more widely available to the general public.
Just wanted to put this up while I thought about it.
I know fluentcart is not out yet (canβt wait). But I plan to run membership subscriptions from it and seen this on beehiiv.
Now, when a reader goes to cancel their paid plan, you can offer them the option to pause their subscription instead. Readers can pause their plan for 1, 3, or 6 months, after which their subscription will automatically resume. You can also present a personalized offer to keep them subscribed.Β
In the example above,Β StatusΒ offers readers a discounted rate for 6 months. Itβs a simple, effective way to retain subscribers who might otherwise cancel completely.
And if a reader does choose to cancel, you can now display aΒ downgrade surveyΒ to capture valuable insights on why theyβre churning, so you can adapt and improve retention over time.
This would be a great feature to have.
I just logged into my WPManageNinja account to download the lastest Pro plugins for a new site...and it's SOOOOO much nicer and faster. I can only assume it's because of FluentCart :)
I did a followup thinking I would show the premium version and how that compares to the free version. Instead I end up making a tutorial on how to add a Youtube API to WP Social Ninja for adding in Youtube videos.
https://easywebdesigntutorials.com/how-to-create-and-add-a-youtube-api-key-to-a-social-media-feed-plugin/
I will add another tutorial and video later on comparing the premium version vs the free version.
Hi, I use FluentAuth with magic links for a site. Worked perfect, but today I allways get a message that I tried too many times. Even when there are hours in between
Anyone else has this?
Which platforms does AzonPress work with? What types of links can be used with this plugin?
