Shahjahan Jewel, is FluentSMTP using AWS SES v1 API or v2 API? From what I'm seeing, it looks like it is using v1 which has a limit of 10MB per message. Is there a way to make it use v2 which has a 40MB limit per message?

Edit to add: I switched to using SES via SMTP which supports the 40MB limit but I'd prefer to use the API instead if that is possible.

Who is using it and getting all of the updates to work including "pro" plugins? I have sent a ticket to the xCloud support team as it seems none of the Pro plugins (FluentCart Pro, FluentForms Pro, Astra Pro, WP Vivid Pro, etc) are being recognized as needing updates. I have to rely on another tool or ensure I check each website. I'm disappointed in the response that I received from support " system relies on WordPress.org items and WP-CLI to detect and update plugins, and premium (Pro) plugins are not listed in the WordPress.org repository." So how do other services (such as ManageWP) recognize "Pro" level plugins? I would like to be able to let go of an added service if I could do them all in xCloud. Surely I'm not the only one using Pro plugins ;-)

P.S. I realize that this isn't an xCloud forum, but since it is what the Ninja team is using and recommending, I'm just trying to figure out how are Pro level plugin upgrades not being recognized.

I am using customised flute auth login page and have google auth setup. I have custom redirects to specific pages based on user role. However when a user logs in with google with they remain on the main login page. They are logged in (if I hit the go to site link they are logged in) so the login is working, however the redirect is not picking up. The url is landing at /wp-login.php?redirect_to=CORRECTPAGE but it is not redirecting. Any ideas why?

Question: Is it possible to manage licenses for WordPress Fluent installations through the MainWP panel?

Practical example: I am an agency and manage clients' WP instances. Can I activate licenses for Fluent products through the MainWP panel?

I see that using the FluentAuth social login allows you to use a redirect URL in the shortcode ([fluent_auth redirect_to="your_URL"]) ....I was wondering if you could set it up to take the user back to the previous page before the user taken to the login. Is that possible?

I wanted to share a solution we built internally at NOMAXX, because we were struggling with a common issue in our lead generation flows.

The Problem: We needed to pass user data from "Form A" to "Form B" (multi-step flow). Normally, you’d pass data via URL parameters (?email=...). However, Google Ads and Meta hate this. Passing PII (personal data) in URLs often causes tracking issues or even ad account bans. Plus, it looks messy to the user.

The Solution: We developed a custom connector plugin that creates a "secure tunnel" using a Self-Learning Cookie.

• Privacy First: No data in the URL. We use a unique hash (?rid=...) to identify the user securely.
• Smart Memory: The plugin fetches data from FluentCRM and stores it in a local functional cookie (30 days).
• Self-Learning: As the user fills out more forms (e.g. adds a phone number later), the cookie updates automatically.
• Full Personalization: You can now use shortcodes like [fc_data field="first_name"] on any page to greet the user ("Welcome back, Marco!"), even if they return days later.

I picked this up around the time FluentCommunity launched — now I’ve got a good sense of how much progress has been made. The Launched Roadmap is looking good!

Honestly kind of excited to see what's going to happen in the next 10 months.

Did FluentCommunity slow down development or pull back some of their resources, or are they still actively building? I’m guessing they captured a big share of available market early on, and sales now probably aren’t as strong as those launch-day lifetime deals.

I'm looking forward most to seeing bugs reports being squashed and how many more "releases" FluentCommunity will have over the next 10 months. I just like keeping up with the patch notes and changelogs. The last update was about two months ago, which feels a bit long to me, but I’m in this for the long run.

As a standard moving forward (Fluent Cart, Paymattic, Fluent Community...) is it possible to insert images from the WordPress media library or by URL?
