Fluent Auth: How to adjust the two factor login time?

Hey. I have turned on two factor authentication for a client site.
The process is so that as one logs in one gets an email with a code. One has 10 minutes to see the email and either click the button in the email or copy the code into the web site two factor authentication login box.

A client of mine uses gmail and it seems that is becomes tight for her to within the 10 minutes one has to use the code for her to log in.

How do I solve this issue? They want to keep two factor authentication for the specific site. I even tried using AI code snippet to lengthen the time but that does not work which support told me.
