Hey everyone!

I'm about to start testing it. For those who haven't seen it yet, it's a new WordPress video player that supports YouTube, Vimeo, Bunny Stream and more, all in one place.

Looks promising!

I'm planning to test it with my actual workflow (YouTube embeds, course content, sales landing pages) and share my findings here and with the team.

If you have specific questions, use cases you'd like tested, or features you're curious about, drop them below and I'll try to cover them during testing and maybe on a video too :)

Looking forward to seeing what this can do!

Marketers will love it! - Especially the reports section! (really, FluentCart alike!)

You can set the number of login attempts and the time-out period, but if you then disable these settings, the system doesn't forget and still forbids login attempts that seem to be too many. And the duration setting doesn't matter. It will still forbid subsequent logins. It is most apparent when using magic login or when a user requests a new password and they've received the link via email.

I learned the hard way (a few hours with my isp and Claude) that the first email address in your SMTP list of emails is the default. I think there should be a checkbox to indicate which one is the default sending address.

Hey guys, have you considered releasing an all-inclusive (all current and future plugins) offer for unlimited sites :) Have there been such before? :)

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the great response to the free NOMAXX Data Connector we shared recently! We just rolled out a new update based on a really cool real-world use case (a coaching portal) that I wanted to share with you all.

What's new in V2.16.6? Previously, the plugin required a user to click a link with a ?rid= parameter from a FluentCRM email to activate the smart cookie and auto-fill forms.

But what if you run a membership site, an LMS, or an employee/client portal?

πŸ’‘ The Logged-in User Sync: We’ve updated the plugin so it now seamlessly bridges WordPress and FluentCRM. If a user logs into WordPress, the plugin automatically:

  1. Detects their WP email address.
  2. Fetches their complete profile and custom fields from FluentCRM.
  3. Activates the smart cookie instantly.

The result? As soon as your members, students, or coaches log in, every Fluent Form they see is pre-filled, and all [fc_data] shortcodes (like showing their specific "Coach ID" or "Membership Level" on a dashboard) work immediately without them ever needing to click an email link.

πŸ“₯ Get the update: You can download the new V2.16.6 zip and the updated manual directly from our landing page (still 100% free, no opt-in required to download).

Note: We also added a small newsletter opt-in at the bottom of the page. If you want to be notified of future bug fixes or V3.0 features, feel free to subscribe!

Let me know how you are using it in your flows!

Cheers, Marco van Ham

I'm getting this little window on the lower right side today.

I love all of WPManageNinja's products (the ones I use and even the ones I haven't used yet) 🀠 the quality is evident.

But I feel that some of their specialized products (Fluent Auth, FluentSMTP, and FluentSnippets) also need a little more care and attention in terms of modernization πŸ˜ͺ. They play a very important role for many, but in this era, where everyone (including the Ninja team) is making improvements to the user experience and visual appeal, these plugins feel somewhat neglected in terms of UI/UX.

For example, another important plugin, like Fluent Forms, has excellent features and has received some visual improvements, but it still needs to feel more modern (backend/frontend) when compared to its other "new" competitor, SureForms, since it's clear that they has a more up-to-date UI/UX (functional differences aside). Also, SureForms components (radio buttons, dropdowns, checkboxes, and others) already have a great predefined style, meaning that forms typically don't require much visual adjustment from the user right from the start (beyond colors, border radius, or spacing) because they have a very pleasing default style. ⚑ That could speed up the form style editing process for average users.

πŸŽ‰ I'm very excited about the two upcoming major updates for FluentCommunity and FluentCRM. I know nothing is perfect, but you've truly done an amazing job over time.

Thank you for all your hard work, and we really appreciate how you listen to your community πŸ’ͺ.

Congratulations to the team + constructive criticism - UI/UX improvements for some Fluent products

Hi everyone, I have all the pro versions of Fcom, FForms, and Fcrm. I have a private space I want only people with a specific bonuscode string like "FREEBONUS". I would like them to be able to get into the space in 2 ways:

  1. If NOT a site member yet - using a URL that takes them to my site and the bonus space, see a form to both join the site AND put in the bonuscode, get redirected back to the bonus space.
  2. If already a site member, then just click on the space and be asked for a one time bonuscode in a form.

I realize that the access is done by fluentCRM tags. What is messing me up is that I can't edit the registration form from FluentAuth.

Can I just use fluentform to make my own unified registration + bonuscode form?

I guess I am just confused. I love the magic link and code functionality and don't want to mess that up.

I opened a ticket on this just now, but they may not get what I am trying to do? It is not a bug, but a best practices question really :)

Hello WPManageNinja Team,

I have noticed that more and more addons are being developed by independent developers around Fluent products. At the moment, they are discovered through various discussions, which makes the information somewhat scattered.

Would it be worth considering a dedicated space, for example titled β€œThird-Party Addons” or β€œCommunity Addons,” to centralize these initiatives while clearly stating that they are independently developed and not officially affiliated with WPManageNinja?

This space could be public or possibly accessible only to logged-in members, depending on what you consider most appropriate in terms of clarity, support, and SEO.

For transparency, I am not a developer and I have no commercial interest in this suggestion. I am simply sharing an observation as an active community user.

Thank you for your consideration.

I need to sign up for an "official" email delivery provider, as I don't want to get my website hosting service into hot water over me sending 500 emails at a time. Their limit is 100/hr. Small volumes... I know.

I created a few different applications with the FluentCRM Pro ecosystem this past year. It's been a great journey. My latest project is my 4th, and the first that is not specifically for my company. It is for a non-profit membership list, but I'm not the non-profit. I will be providing a communications service to them.

Over the next 3-4 months, my volume will increase to (est.) 10,000 emails/month. From my screenshot below, which of these would be your top pick? This is just a screenshot of my options, according to the Fluent... website.

I know there are many experienced people in this community. Thanks in advance for your input.
