When reviewing the email history in FluentCRM, it's easy to see who the email was sent to, but there's currently no way to see which sender account was used.
Since FluentSMTP supports multiple email providers and sender accounts, many of us route different types of emails through different SMTP connections (marketing, transactional, support, different brands, etc.).
It would be extremely helpful if the Email History included the From email address (or even the sender name) used for each email.
This would make it much easier to:
- Audit email activity.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Verify that automations are using the correct sender.
- Manage setups with multiple brands or email accounts.
- Understand historical data without having to inspect SMTP logs.
Even displaying the sender as an additional column or inside the email details panel would be a significant improvement.
It feels like a small UX enhancement that would provide a lot of value for anyone using multiple SMTP connections through FluentSMTP. Including this in the reports section will also be useful for filtering.
- I wrote a simple prompt in plain English (well in EspaΓ±ol simple)
- 3-4 minutes waiting
- US$0.05 for DeepSeek API Tokens
- Two interactions on Visual Studio Code + Cline
- Received a GREAT and detailed report about my campaign's performance on last 365 days.
- I saved a whole morning of downloading CSVs and analyzing/crossing data.
Thanks Shahjahan JewelΒ and team for keep making FCRM GREAT!
P.S. Now only miss Sales Pipeline and NATIVE WhatsApp integration! π
I'm considering moving from FK Automations to FluentCRM, mainly because of the speed at which the Fluent team releases updates and keeps up with the speed of the industry. I love the MCP integration and the ability to have an SMS conversation right inside the contact profile.
Itβs frustrating to receive a contact email and not be able to reply to it directly from the FluentCRM backend, as is the case with FluentSupport.
It would be helpful to add this feature, whether for emails received via FluentForm or when someone replies to an email sent through FluentCRM.
It quickly becomes difficult to stay on top of things when you receive several hundred emails a day, even if youβre well-organized.
Hi team. For the 2nd time in about as many weeks (27th June was last time), I cannot get Integrately to parse information from Book Like a Boss through to FluentCRM. It's fine parsing it into Google Sheets but the onward parsing to Fluent fails with a 403 error as of today.
Update I just revoked the last Application Specific password and created a new one, but that's failing too. So now I have no working connection and that's very frustrating.
It seems that there are not many FluentCRM users who are also using the Avada theme, because I have been experiencing a compatibility issue between FluentCRM and Avada since I started using FluentCRM at the beginning of this year.
The issue occurs when creating email templates: an internal error appears, causing the email template design interface to fail to load. I had to write a custom MU plugin myself to work around this problem.
However, it seems that there are very few FluentCRM users with the same setup as mine (using the Avada theme), because even after several plugin updates, this issue has still not been fixed.
I hope the development team can test this compatibility issue. If possible, it would be best to fix it directly within the FluentCRM plugin so that users do not need to rely on custom workarounds.
Although I have only been using the free version of FluentCRM for the past few months, I suspect that one of the major reasons why there are so few Avada users using FluentCRM is that, once the free version of the plugin is installed, opening the email template designer can trigger a fatal WordPress error.
WordPress will then send an email notification to the administrator stating that the site has encountered a fatal error. For beginner users who are using Avada, this kind of error notification can be very alarming. Many of these users may immediately disable FluentCRM instead of investigating the issue and manually fixing it, as I did.
Users who rely on visual page builders are often not developers. They will simply assume that the product does not work properly or that it has serious issues. They usually do not care whether the problem is caused by Avada or FluentCRM β they only see that FluentCRM has caused a fatal error on their website.
I do not know whether this issue will eventually force FluentCRM and Avada users to choose between the two products, but I believe you should not give up on this group of Avada users.
I have not provided error logs or screenshots as evidence, but I believe this issue should be very easy to reproduce if your team is willing to test it.
Hello all,
Looking for some insights, tips etc.
We have around 70k contacts, which we send about 500k emails a month.
I have noticed with the new version things getting better but i rarely get above 500 sent emails per minute in my campaigns.
the setting in fluentcrm for max email per second is set to 25
i have it connected via FluentSMTP to Amazon which has 60mails per second so this is not the bottleneck.
I have a seperate server on Cloudways for FluentCRM, 4c/8GB but it is BASIC (shared cpu)
I have noticed that in the new version aprox 5 min before the scheduled campaign fluent start to "proccess" emails, coudn't find in the documentation, what this acctually does.
looking at htop while the campaign is sendig it does look that the cpu is the bottleneck, should i go for dedicated cpu or more cores?
tnx. π
Hi everyone,
Iβm using the FluentCRM REST API with a WordPress Application Password from an Administrator account.
The API works, but the phone field is either empty on:
GET /wp-json/fluent-crm/v2/subscribers
or masked on:
GET /wp-json/fluent-crm/v2/subscribers/{id}
I need the full phone number for a private internal integration that prefills client data from FluentCRM.
Is there a FluentCRM setting, role/capability, endpoint, hook, or filter that allows an authenticated admin/API request to retrieve the unmasked phone number?
Or are phone numbers intentionally stored/returned masked by FluentCRM even for admin users?
Thanks!
The page below says, "Discover 100+ ready-to-use automation templates..." but I can only see 16 templates. Am I missing something?
https://fluentcrm.com/automation-templates/
Does anyone know a place where you can get more automation templates and tutorials?
Love automations - Each one I learn and implement feels like I've entered a 'cheat code' π€£, saving loads of time and reducing the hours I need to hire a VA.
If I read the code and DB structure right, every imported customer from Woo will be silently set to have given SMS consent and the billing phone pulled in.
ALTER TABLE ... ADD sms_status VARCHAR(50) NULL DEFAULT 'sms_subscribed'
This seems problematic as we have an extensive customer base going back many years, none of whom have given SMS consent.
Secondly, I'm not seeing any settings for obtaining SMS consent. There's a newsletter signup for email at Woo checkout, but no SMS consent checkbox.
Is there any guidance on why SMS consent is silently assumed, and what is best practice to distinguish between email and SMS consent?
