FluentCRM Pro does not have (or I can't find it) a way to turn off double-opt in permanently. I don't like the confusion of having an opt-in for the CRM, for Forms, and for Lists.
I have the list set to global. I have the form unchecked to disable opt in. That leaves CRM. How do I disable it? If people click on the confirmation link, they get a critical Wordpress error, yet they are still added to the list. I just want to get rid of double opt-in, and set up an automation sequence instead.
My host has the correct memory, the correct php, and I have no idea why Wordpress crashes when the double opt-in confirmation link is clicked. This might not be a Fluent bug, but I can't find the answer, so I'm doing a work around so I can launch my list.
Shahjahan JewelΒ I really love the contacts AI-summary. I was wondering if you could add a feature to ask AI everything about your contacts, automations and campaigns. This would be very helpfull.
I know we have mcp now, but an option to ask AI anything inside FluentCRM (and other Fluent plugins) would be very helpfull
Issue: list-contacts tool ignores page and tags parameters
When calling the fluent-crm-list-contacts tool (fluent-crm MCP server), both the page and tags parameters appear to be ignored server-side.
Steps to reproduce:
- Call
list-contactswithcontact_type=lead,sort_by=last_activity,sort_type=DESC,per_page=50,page=1. - Call it again with identical parameters except
page=2. - Both calls return the exact same 50 contacts, in the same order (verified by identical contact IDs across both responses). The response metadata does report
"page":1in both cases, even whenpage:2was explicitly passed.
Second issue, same tool β tags filter:
Calling list-contacts with a tags parameter (e.g. tags: ["digigroei"] or tags: ["wachtlijst-lgd-lite"]) returns the full unfiltered contact list (total:521, identical to the count with no tag filter at all), rather than only contacts carrying that tag.
What does work:
The search parameter (full-text match on name/email/custom fields) filters and paginates correctly
Impact: With page and tags broken, it's impossible to retrieve more than the first 50 contacts (sorted by any criterion) or to segment contacts by tag through this tool β both are needed for behavior-based lead scoring across a full contact base of 521+.
some providers mobile dont see the foto or is different or the mail is not nice in the center. Also with Fluent auth.
Annyone experience?
Hey friends, I know custom fonts and email are a nightmare. However, I have seen other email platforms like mailerlite manage to get fonts like βinter, playfair display, manrope, etcβ¦β to work just fine - even in gmail and other strict email clients.
Is there any way we can get access to these fonts too?? π₯Ήπ₯Ήπ₯Ήπ₯Ή
Is it possible in FluentCRM to create different automations for the same calendar and event from fluent booking based on location? For example, I want to send one email to those who book an in-person appointment and a different one to those who book a virtual appointment. Currently, the automation triggers as soon as an appointment is booked, but I want to set it up so it distinguishes between in-person and virtual appointments.
Hi FluentCRM Team & Community,
I am attempting to programmatically create and configure FluentCRM Automation flows (Funnels) via REST API using an AI agent / MCP integration. However, Iβve encountered an issue where the Automation Sequences (Canvas Nodes) fail to save or be imported.
Here is a summary of the technical behavior observed:
1.Β POST /wp-json/fluent-crm/v2/funnels/import
When importing a full Automation JSON schema via the API endpoint, the API successfully creates the Funnel title and WooCommerce Trigger (e.g.Β woocommerce_order_status_processing), butΒ completely ignores and strips out theΒ sequencesΒ array. As a result, opening the imported Automation in the visual builder shows an empty canvas.
2.Β POST /wp-json/fluent-crm/v2/funnels/funnel/save-funnel-sequences
When sending a payload containing sequence nodes (e.g.Β action_name: "send_custom_email") to the sequence endpoint:
- Payload sent:Β JSON stringified array of sequence objects containingΒ
funnel_id,Βparent_id,Βaction_name, andΒsettings. - API Response:Β
{"sequences":[],"message":"Sequence successfully updated"} - Result:Β The API purges the sequence nodes and returns an emptyΒ
sequencesΒ array, leaving the canvas empty in the admin UI.
Questions / Request:
- Is there a specific REST API endpoint or required payload format to programmatically inject/save visual canvas sequence nodes (e.g.,Β
send_custom_email) into a Funnel? - Is theΒ
importΒ endpoint intended to support importing fullΒsequencesΒ via REST API, or is this a known API limitation?
Any insights or recommended code snippets/hooks to achieve this programmatically would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
Currently, in FluentCRM β Emails, there's a toggle that lets you display the Email Registry (FluentSMTP), making it easy to view all sent emails, including transactional emails.
It would be very helpful if the state of this toggle could be remembered between sessions, or if users could choose to have it enabled by default.
At the moment, the toggle is always disabled by default, so we have to enable it every time we visit the page. While it's a small thing, it becomes repetitive for users who frequently work with the Email Registry.
A simple preference to persist the last selected state (or define the default behavior in settings) would noticeably improve the user experience.
The template has a hardcoded height of 9px. This 9px gap is not visible in the design view, but it appears in both the email preview and the emails actually sent.
I suggest removing it. Although I could set the Content Background under Body Global Colors to match the Body Background, making the 9px gap invisible to recipients, this would only be a workaround rather than an ideal solution.
Behiiv just released a community feature and it looks really good. When you send a email it can be added to the feed in the community placing content in the feed for users to engage with.
They do the same with podcasts.
This is really something you wpmanageninjas should look at.
Cheers
