bot filtering / automatic clicks
hey all, let me know if there is a workaround or how do you handle this.
we moved from hubspot. we export clicks from past campaigns for our phone sales agents.
the problem with fluent is that it does not filter out "bot" clicks, safety clicks etc, so we cant filter out actual link clicks from the automated ones.
did i miss something or forgott to set something up ?
Depending on your type of website, you probably want to filter/stop bots before they reach your website altogether — something like Cloudflare, or depending on your host, they might have a built in solution.
David Churchill i am used to calling it bots because thats the name of the hubspot service, they are not bots, just automated clicks from email software. i think microsoft calls it safe links
