Shared Hosting enough?
I am thinking about using FluentCRM for my E-Mail-Marketing since I use FluentCart and FluentCommunity as well. But I am a little bit worried if my current shared-hosting can handle that without slowing my website down... I don't sent that much mails atm (~150 subscribers), but of course I want my list to grow steadily.
What would be the recommended specifications for the hosting to run smoothly without having an impact on speed and stability?

With around 150 subscribers, FluentCRM itself should not be a problem in any hosting. However, since you are also running FluentCart and especially FluentCommunity, I would personally choose a small VPS rather than wait until shared hosting starts becoming a bottleneck.
I use and recommend xCloud which is officially supported by WPMN. You can launch a VPS directly through them or connect your own server, and one of the entry-level plans should be more than enough for your current size. I would not overbuy at this stage. You can scale later if the community or your mailing list grows significantly.
The main advantage is that you get dedicated resources instead of competing with other websites on shared hosting. You should notice an improvement in speed and stability across the whole site, not only inside FluentCRM.
It is also useful for FluentCRM automations. From the xCloud dashboard, you can switch from WP-Cron to a real server-level cron without using SSH or configuring it manually. This makes scheduled emails and automations more reliable because they no longer depend on visits to the website.

One final point: I would still use a dedicated email delivery service for sending. The VPS will run WordPress, FluentCRM and its queues, but email deliverability should not depend on the web server itself.
As long as it's just 150 subscribers, your shared hosting is fine. I'm using different shared hosting on numerous websites, and only one vps website.
So nothing to worry about, but when you grow, you'll definitely need to switch to vps.
