Shahjahan JewelΒ I saw your post on Facebook regards upcoming v3. What can you share here on features or ETA?
Would be nice to have a segmentation option to exclude contacts that are in an active automation (or specific or all automations)
When I try to export the entries for any form, I get a "403 Forbidden" error from nginx. Any thoughts on what server setting is the issue? Or is there an issue with the FF function?

I've been trying to get away from ActiveCampaign but having trouble for years getting my tags over. Auto-import was never complete.
Is there some way we can get FluentCRM to import emails + their ActiveCampaign tags via the csv exports that ActiveCampaign provides?
This would make it much easier to part ways with ActiveCampaign.
Hi Shahjahan JewelΒ , with the conditional section block, is it somehow possible to show a message or login form for readers that don't have the required tags?
That way we could use it as a way to motivate people to login, or sign up for a membership...
I'm trying to show my users what emails have been sent to them so they can see the content on a table on their own personal dashboards. I see where I can limit NinjaForms to display only the user generated content on forms, but is there any way to make that cross over into emails?
Is potential usefull if we can generate or visualize a map based on contact address. We can understand better where we have customer ecc
and pls add some trigger/objective based on address fields
This is a much needed feature. It happens too often - users tend to use different addresses for different form OR they mispell their emails with different forms or when opening an account etc'. What happens is that 2 different contacts are created. In the current state - you have nothing to do about it. You either keep the 2 or delete one of them and also all their valuable data with them. And if someone opened a user account on one and booked a meeting with the other - it's impossible to delete both and not screw everything up.
Bottom line - this is really needed. And from what I understand a standard in CRM software. When I used HubSpot in the past this was a feature.
Please consider this π
Hi,
I have an automation that supposed to create an automated coupon. However, while the automation says the coupon is created, I can not find it on the coupons screen in woocommerce.
Where can I see the coupons created from automation?
I'm having some issues with the FluentCRM email editor, specifically with the vertical space between list items in a List block. The FluentCRM editor creates them double-spaced, and I need to get them to be single-spaced.
At the suggestion of Support, I've tried tweaking the Line Height, but by the time I get it to where the list items look single-spaced (about 0.4), then any lines that wrap start overwriting each other.
But the default WordPress editor on my site works just as it should, creating single-spaced list items by default (and you can tweak them with Custom CSS if you want in the Advanced section). It doesn't even have that "Line Height" parameter, but it works prefectly.
Is there any way to change the FluentCRM editor to the apparently more modern one used by WordPress? Or replace it in a future version with something more modern that works like the default WordPress editor? It looks like FluentCRM forked a version of the WordPress Block Editor from a long time ago, and it's difficult to work with in some cases.
By the way, I wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you for FluentCRM to the developers and to support team and also to the community. This plugin and the supporting plugins like FluentSMTP are absolute game-changers in the WordPress ecosystem, there's just nothing else like them. Much appreciated, WP Manage Ninja, you definitely live up to the name!
