Hi.
Goal: Automatically send an email to a specific list of users Monday through Friday.
The email should include all current entries with 1 of 2 different tags. In other words, these tags represent 2 kinds of "listings" that we have. How can I automate the process of the email being sent including this current data in an organized way?
Is FCRM Pro equipped out of the box to do this somehow? If not, any idea how I may accomplish this aside from manually creating every day?
Example:
- People subscribe to a list called "Daily Toys"
- The email they receive would have a list of all toy entries tagged as "New Toys" and a list of all toys tagged as "Old Toys".
- This email gets sent every morning M-F automatically.
What steps would I take to accomplish this?
Please and thank you to any of you Ninja guru's that can help. π
Hello!
I have a form that uses Conditional Confirmations to take the user to my Register page.
When using the Redirect Query String, I can't get my values (First name, Last name, and Email) to pass through to the form on my Register page.
I used the sample "phone={inputs.phone}&email={inputs.email}" and devised the string below based on input names on the receiving form (See screenshots)
names[first_name]={inputs.names.first_name}&names[last_name]={inputs.names.last_name}&email={inputs.email}
[The documentation](https://wpmanageninja.com/.../submission-confirmation.../) is not very clear. Has anyone used the Redirect Query String successfully? Wondering what I'm doing wrong.
it would be nice if we could segment contacts based on formsubmissions and form entries
Trigger - List Applied
- User Role - Subscriber
- Select Lists - I selected one of my lists (Members)
- Save
Action - Create WP User
- Generate password automatically [checked]
- User Notification [checked]
- Save
Result after account creation
The wordpress account was created successfully with the user role - subscriber.
The problem: The User received an email, but no password was generated, instead,
It says - To set your password, visit the following address.
Question: I thought the password should be generated automatically?
Hi all,
Iβm trying to set up an outgoing webhook in FluentCRM, but I canβt seem to find this option anywhere within the Automations section? I know it used to be there π.
Could someone please point me in the right direction or let me know if this feature is available?
Thanks in advance!
Best,
Ria
Hello,
It doesn't seem possible with the free version but maybe it is with the PRO version (that I am considering) : when you send a campaign, is it possible, afterwards, to "re-send" it (only) to the new contacts you added to the list since the initial sending ?
Thank you !
Editing the sort order of custom contact fields requires pressing up/down buttons and a reload of every page. To sort through a lot of fields takes sooooo long.
This should be drag and drop > save button for resorting.
It would make the task of resorting the order ten times quicker.
The same applies on the configure CRM integration and Sheets integration on forms.
Keep up great work team.
Look for ideas on how to achieve this...
- Blog has multiple categories
- Contacts are put in lists based on the categories they are interested in
- If a new post is published in a category, the members of the relevant list are sent an email
- Ideally, the email contains the featured image/excerpt from the post
Has anyone implemented something like this? If not possible in native FluentCRM, is it something that could be achieved using Flowmattic or similar?
It would be great to drag an email from a conditional section into the root.
Sometimes, in automations, we want to move emails. But at this time, it's not possible to move email from conditional section to another place.
The only way is to recreate the email.
Thanks to add this in the roadmap :)
