Role Manager for Fluent

Friends, I know that the Fluent plugins have their own role manager, but nevertheless, WordPress does not have a good role management system by default. As a result, various menu items appear that are unnecessary for different user roles. Please advise, which role management plugins do you use in your work within the Fluent ecosystem?
