Download/Send link data request blocked by CRM
I spend several hours yesterday trying to get a request for personal data executed. Both the download and the send email failed, until I found that FCRM was the problem. Deactivating it solved my problem.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a fluke or a bug? I have the free version.

We tested but couldn't recreate the issue. Could you please clarify where it occurred (e.g., a specific event, plugin, or within WordPress itself)? We suggest creating a support ticket so we can investigate properly. J V
Masiur Rahman Siddiki It is just within wordpress. I am not sure what else you could look at. I tried deactivating each plugin. Deactivating CRM was the only thing that made a difference (apart from deactivating all).
Masiur Rahman Siddiki It is related to a custom contact field I made. I had an automation to add a tag, a list and a badge to a user if the box was ticked. Unticking the box did not resolve the problem. I removed the tag, list and badge manually (one at a time), but no change. Only removing the custom field, set my user free.
