Is it possible to change the text in the checkout? It says "Per years until cancel"
Maybe I wrote it myself, I don't remember, but I suspect its hard coded and I can't find where that might be.

Modify Checkout Text?

What happens if someone signs up for a 1 year membership/subscription, and they cancel on day one (they paid and don't ask for a refund)?

Do they lose access to the download files or tag based membership access on the day they cancel or one year later?

Please enhance the Agree Terms box with the same sort of formatting controls available in the product description boxes. I experimented to find you can manually write HTML code in this box, but facilitating formatting and hyperlinks here would be a great convenience. thank you

I operate two related websites, for the same brand. Can I keep Fluent Cart on Site 1, but put checkout buttons or product listings on site 2, and then run checkout and delivery from site 1? Is there a best practice for doing that?

(site 1 has fluent cart plus fluent community for courses on it, site 2 is the public-facing site with about, services, contact, blog, etc)

Have you experienced this?

If you go here, the 3-pay button shows the 1-pay version:
https://learn.parishealingarts.com/metabolic-health-group/

But if you go here, the product page has both payment options, and they work correctly:
https://learn.parishealingarts.com/item/metabolic-health-reset/

Β One thing I notice: the instant modal button has item_id=1 for both payment options, and no other signifier of payment type.

Yet I have very carefully chosen the 3-pay variant on the 3-pay button. I've created that button from scratch several times.

It would be great to be able to interact with an AI agent ask questions regarding user data to go deeper with contextual answers rather than just filtered data. Maybe some smart tokens for 'conversation starters' and common questions... either predefined or user defined.

Are there plans to integrate AI for smart UX like product recomandation, cross-sells etc.?

I have a customer who has chosen to split a purchase over 3 payments. After the first payment they've decided they want to just settle it all up and pay the rest immediately.

Is this something that is possible anywhere? The payment was processed with Stripe so maybe it's possible there if anyone knows?

a client of mine got different prices depending of region like europe, asia, etc. and it's a pain to create a shipping method for each country instead of selecting an continent or having the ability to select several countries for a shipping method. Right now you can only select one country per shipping method or just toggle the apply to whole world, when do you think something like this will be implemented?

also it would be amazing to limit what payment method is available to specific countries

I'd like to offer people a free year of membership without them having to enter a credit card unless they choose to renew next year.

Is that possible? Right now, it requires a credit card, even when the coupon reduces the price for the year to $0

Update 18 Feb 2026
I've been going back and forth with Tech support trying to figure this out.
What I want to do: Give a free trial sub/membership without requiring a credit card.

Their suggestion (the only way) is to make a $0 version of the subscription product and set it to 1 installment. This will allow someone to buy it without using a credit card.

The biggest drawback is that it will show the membership expiration date in their customer dashboard as "Invalid date" as the date is set by the payment processor's API response, and there is none here. I can live with that. But...

I tested it with a one day membership product, and it keeps renewing (for free) I don't know how to stop that. I put in a support ticket and will edit this part if they solve it.

Update 2 Feb 20 2026: It's not possible to give people a free trial membership that expires without them entering a credit card.

I got confirmation of this from tech support yesterday.
Sadly, this is so critical to my business plan that I may have to switch to another cart.
