This is a relatively new site, I setup FluentSocket about an hour ago, no other user is online no message is sent, but it counts 230 messages. I am the only user online, and just making changes in the settings

I received a thoughtful suggestion from one of my members regarding the course experience inside our community, and I believe it could really improve usability.

Currently, when members open a course, they still see the main community feed and surrounding content. One member asked whether it would be possible to create a more distraction-free course view β€” meaning that when someone is inside a course, the feed and other community elements are hidden or minimized.

The idea is to create a calmer, more focused learning environment where members can fully concentrate on the course material without being pulled back into the main feed.

Is this something that could be implemented?

I think this would significantly enhance the learning experience, especially for members who are easily distracted or who prefer a quieter interface while studying.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether this is technically possible and what the best approach would be.
Thank you

After a recent update, long posts now show a β€œload more” / truncated view first (which is great). However, I’ve noticed an issue when a post includes an imageΒ belowΒ a longer block of text:

  • Previously, the image would appear at the bottom of the post.
  • Now, when the post is truncated and requires β€œload more,” the imageΒ doesn’t showΒ (or doesn’t load/display as expected).

Is there a way to either:

  1. Show the image firstΒ (above the text) automatically, or
  2. Ensure images included in a long post stillΒ render/previewΒ even before expanding the post?

If this is expected behaviour, is there a recommended workaround or setting to control image placement / preview for longer posts?

Thanks in advance!

Is there a timeline for this? Thanks!

Admins could create tables for their posts.

Also, imagine creating tables that combine posts from different courses and spaces. These would be like new learning paths. A new table could act like a new "course" or "lesson".

Combined with a Viewed or Completed button that an admin can add to a post, each table can become its own course or lesson.

Subscribers can then view a table to confirm what they've seen or missed.

Tables act like an LMS. Generating from the community itself.

I have done 100% translation in Loco and these strings are not found or does not work:

  • "Messages"
  • "New message"
  • "Open full chat"
  • "Open chat"
  • "Minimize"
  • "Select a conversation"
  • "Choose a conversation from the list to start messaging"
  • All time ago strings (now, 1mo, etc..)

Plus there is no ability to moderate in any way space chats - blocking users, kicking users, etc. in details sidebar.

I know you will update it in future in some way for sure, I am just taking these things here to keep it in mind. Anyway, huge improvement compared to previous Fluent Messaging addon.

One question that came in my mind - will be websocket version for free or not?

I manage Space access by Fluent CRM tags. After I remove some access tags from a user. They can not access the spaces anymore but still can see the main Feed page and posts there. How can I restrict this? I don't want them to see the feed.

Hey, I will make the update in the coming week, I will make a backup, but from your own experience does everything runs smoothly now?
