I'm asking because the competitor's plugin is advertised as being WP core and fully customizable, but as is understand FC works differently. That's why it's faster, because it bypasses WP. However, as someone who hasn't delved into it yet, I see that it can be customized to a more limited extent.
Is this true or completely false? Can I modify anything with CSS? Can I insert any plugin form? Thanks for helping me see clearly.
I would like to add a field to the registration for of my community. A dropdown where the user can choose his region/county. How can I do this?
Fore each region I have a space (about 300 spaces; one for each county in Germany). The user should then be added automatically to the space of its county (and not seeing the other 299). How can I do this?

I'd like to bring this issue (possibly a bug) to your attention regarding the dark mode on the Fluent Community platform.
Have a look at these 4 images.
The first one shows a post with a vertical photo, published with the platform's native "image" feature. Here, as you can see, the post displays the correct "dark" bands (as per the dark mode template), which I highlighted/circled in green.
However, have also a look at the other three images. These were all published via the iFrame feature (one is a portrait video hosted on bunny.net, one is an embeddable audio player, and the last one is a lottie animation. Logic dictates that all of these should showcase/display the correct "dark mode" bands on the sides, but also above and below the embedded iFrame elements (i.e. as dark-grey background).
But what's happening is different: they feature white bands/background, as circled/highlighted in red in my examples (maybe that's something "inherited" from the light mode normal behaviour, hence a bug when using the iFrame feature?).
Please note that the original embedded element(s) background is NOT white, but transparent.
The question is: is this intentional? If not, for consistency and aesthetics, can this be amended so that the background outside/around any embedded iFrame elements is the correct dark-grey colour (when in "dark mode", of course)?
I have a problem. My content is not appearing on Google. I've had FluentCommunity since it was published and I'm using the default WordPress sitemap. Even with Google indexing, the community pages are not being crawled. The WordPress pages are being listed by Google. What else can I do? I think the problem is the SPA? Does anyone have an idea about this? Thanks in advance. Stephanie
Would be great if there was a feature to post temporary posts that remove/disable themselves after a certain time. Great for time-sensitive announcements and bonusses.
Also the possibility to bulk-add and schedule posts. Great for recurring challenges, so you don't need to manually schedule 30+ posts every time the challenge runs
Can I create a subscription against an existing Authorize.net CIM customer profile ID, and if so, how?
Right now we are using Kadence, but the free version feels a bit overloaded and not very convenient for building simple pages.
What is important for us:
- good compatibility with Gutenberg
- ability to create clean pages without buying a Pro version
- lightweight and fast
At the moment I’m considering:
- Blocksy
- Astra
- GeneratePress
In the future we plan to move to a theme from WPManageNinja, but for now we’re looking for a good temporary option.

Am wondering whether anyone has faced issues playing (YouTube) videos in FluentPlayer on iPhones. On my end, it displays a blank screen.
When editing course description, on the section that will be displayed on the course landing page it should be possible to place a video (like in Udemy)
