Hi, we're evaluating FluentCommunity for a 500 members association. I would like them to auto-join all spaces, and allow them to opt-out if the space is not interesting for them.

So I understand that FluentCRM can do the job, but if we would need to license FluentCRM just for the auto-join function it would be quite expensive.
Would there be an alternative way to auto-join users to spaces, e.g. through a 3rd party WordPress plug-in (or an API)?
I need help to setup auto enrollment once I added new course into fluentcart product subscription.
Right now my product integrate with fluent community and enable course enrollment, but this only work when new purchased is made.
What about existing customer with active subscription? I tried added new course into same product subscription but the course still private.
Any idea how to setup this?

Hi, I am new here and I don't know if I can search older posts to see if my problem already has been discussed? Anyways, my incoming webhooks don't work and I have no clue, what's the problem. I think I set them up correctly and In use BitFlows to send data to the Fluent webhooks. But nothing happens in FluentCommunity. Where can I look for solutions? Or is there a current problem with the webhooks?
update: I tried to post the data from another source to the Fluent webhook. This source was ActiveCampaign. But AC told me, it coudn't post data to the FC webhook, because the FC webhook was locked (error code: 423). Does anyone have any ideas for me?

I’m currently trying to customize the default menu in Fluent Community (Flux, Spaces, Courses, Members).
However, when I try to rename or remove any menu item (for example “Flux”), I get the following error message:
“Unexpected error from server. Please check browser console.”
After checking the browser console, I can see a 403 (Forbidden) error on this request:
/wp-json/fluent-community/v2/settings/menu-settings
It seems that the request is being blocked, possibly by a server firewall or something related to the REST API.
I have already tried:
- Disabling all plugins except Fluent Community
- Testing again, but the issue persists
Could you please help me understand if this is expected behavior, or if there is a known issue or configuration required to allow menu customization?
