In the members tab in analytics, how is active member number more than total members?
Also, user X has joined 2 spaces and commented on two posts. But that user is not listed as a top member. What is the logic behind that?

Please explain the meaning behind each insight in the analytics dashboard.

Query about Fluent Community Analytics dashboard - Data mismatch

Since I switched to FC and FluentAuth I am getting a lot of fake (spam) registrations. So people who supposedly want to create an account.

How can I avoid this? I don't see where and how I can add a Recaptcha or Hcapcha or something similar to my fluentcommunity registrationform nor do I see how to add it in FLuentAuth.

I have tried multiple times to create a ticket. Nothing happens on submit.

After building a site I decided to split my front end and community onto two separate WP sites domain.com and community.domain.com

My goal is to have a rock solid community build with minimal plugin sprawl. What plugins would you recommend along with FC itself as essential?

I'd love an admin setting to make the left sidebar groups menu start collapsed by default – so all Spaces/Groups are folded up on load. Users could still expand them manually if needed. With many groups, it gets super cluttered otherwise – especially on mobile or bigger communities. Right now it always opens fully, no way to force collapsed as default. Please add this toggle in settings!"

Hi, this may sound like a rookie question but how to make the posts show without the show more button? Is there a way to extend the cut off limit that makes it change to a show more type of view option. Or can it be turned off altogether?

is there any way to add points and levels manually to a members?

Shahjahan Jewel please how do I add courses on mobile footer menu.

Please, do you have a plan to add this feature in the future?

v1.3.0 of Plus for FluentCommunity is out, and this is the release I've been building toward.

The analytics got a serious upgrade. What started as basic download tracking is now a full community intelligence platform. Activity tracking logs posts, comments, reactions, logins, space visits, and page views; each toggle independently. Every event can be enriched with geographic data, device type, browser, and OS. You get per-user activity profiles, a filterable full activity feed, and one-click CSV export. It all lives inside your WordPress admin with no third-party scripts involved.

On top of that, referrer tracking now shows you exactly which external sites are sending people to your community. UTM campaign tracking lets you tag your emails, newsletters, and social posts and see precisely which ones are actually working. Both capture guests too, not just logged-in members; so you see the full picture from the moment someone discovers you.

The Online Now Widget is brand new. A live sidebar counter showing who's active right now and who was recently online, with green and yellow dot indicators. Fully configurable; you control the active window, the recently-online cutoff, and how often it refreshes. Guests on public communities see the counter too. They just can't see who's behind it until they join.

It also ships with an optional FOMO mode. You set a min and max range, and the widget adds a randomized bump to the displayed count drawn from your real inactive member pool. To be straight about it; the member list always shows only who's genuinely active. Only the number gets the bump. It's a tool for making a growing community look like what it's becoming. Use it with that in mind.

And for the first time, there's a complete user manual. Every feature, every setting, every default value; documented end to end. Available online and as a downloadable PDF. https://jeffbrigman.com/plus-for-fluentcommunity-user-manual/

This is the version that turns Plus from a nice-to-have into something you'd genuinely miss if it wasn't there. Eight features are completely free to download and use today. Everything above; plus styling controls, webhooks, custom profile fields, Bricks integration, and more; is unlocked with a single license.

If you've been on the fence, this is the one.

1) CROPPED IMAGES

Accross the community, we don't have the possibility to reposition the images that we use as :

  • post covers (cards view; cropped example below, with the original image next to it.)
  • space covers
  • profile covers
  • profile pictures

Basically anywhere.

In my example, a good third of the image is cropped when it appears as a card cover.

It would be great if images could be zoomed out without distortion, preserving their proportions, or alternatively, allow manual adjustment so they can be properly centered (but in this case, they would remain cropped).

2) IMAGE QUALITY DROP

Comparing the two, I noticed the image quality drops significantly when it’s used as a card cover (when it’s the only media used). Image quality of banners is also poor.

Will you address these issues?
