Although my main language is German, the email templates in FluentBooking are always in English and individual for each event. It’s extremely inconvenient to have to adjust all emails for every event β€” both old and new β€” every single time. And it’s not just one email; there are several. Whenever I want to change even a small detail, I have to update every template for every event. It’s really frustrating!

I’m not sure whether this is a design flaw or intended behavior, but I would really appreciate having centralized templates, with the option to customize them per event via a simple checkbox (ideally located in the event settings), if needed.

We need to modify some of the UI on the front end, and was looking for some developer documents, but cant find anything?

has anyone got a link?

When people reschedule their meetings they get no notification from the system, there's not even an option to do that. So the only information they got is the original scheduled meeting.

This is to me the strangest of behaviors and the team seem to think that this is an okay behavior because "they have rescheduled themselves, so they should know."

Why not just send the email.

Same thing for the cancellation because clients get worried that they missed to cancel.

What to you guys think?

As a spa/massage business we capture the card info to secure the appointment and be able to charge in case of a no show or late cancellation.

ALL the major scheduling systems allow this, Acuity, MassageBook, Schedulicity, Go High Level, Mindbody, Practice Better, etc.

Summary

When creating a new appointment via the FluentBoards integration, the booking date is currently transferred as the start date of the task. This behavior should be optional because it creates unnecessary clutter in the calendar view.

Requested Behavior

  • Add an option to disable automatic assignment of the booking date as the task’s start date.

  • When the option is disabled, only the meeting date (due date) is transferred to FluentBoards.

  • The task should not have a start date unless the user explicitly sets one.

  • This prevents tasks from appearing twice in the calendar:

    • Once on the booking/start date
    • Once on the meeting/due date

Rationale

Users often care only about the actual meeting date (due date). Automatically assigning the booking date as the start date causes duplicate entries in the calendar view, making it cluttered and harder to use. Providing an option to avoid setting a start date improves clarity and reduces noise.

It is so important to have this as a feature. SOmetime you have people scheduling that are so far away from our target profile. Is there any way that we can have conditional questions, that automatically send a no booking thank you email. Or something like that.

Hi Shahjahan,

Is it possible to allow us to intergrate with Meetn instead of Zoom.

Once members find how great Meetn is - they will start using it because of its ability to help sale while on the call.

Love all your products and your teams great support.

cheers

The provided client secret keys for app 'XXXXXXX' are expired.

Every time I try to re-connect outlook, I am getting this error.

nothing I can do to resolve on my end. Deleted the app in entra, re-tried. Same issue.

Are all Fluent Booking Outlook setups at the mercy of WPManageNinja infrastructure? You guys go down, so do I???

Is very usefull if you can add prefille data in the questions like from query params, from fluentcrm ecc

Currently, we can add internal notes.

Which is great.

The problem is that the format is just plain text.

So you can end up with and endless text with no separations, paragrahps, bullets or alike.

Please, add an option to edit this on HTML. Just like, for example, the Fluent Boards Tasks description.

This will make the internal notes actually "usable" when we want to add there important info.

Thank you!
