I would like to be able to adjust my prices according to various criteria by using FluentCart as a payment solution when creating an event.
Imagine the following situation, a person comes during a specific event. The event offers active people and others who are just watching. The prices charged are not the same depending on the situation. There would be a price for active people, and another for those who are passive.
In addition, the product related to the event must not be public in the shop, but private! This would not allow anyone to buy a ticket without going through booking and to actually short-circuit the registration.
I created a form using Fluent Forms where I inserted the appointment scheduling calendar, but the logo, address, and some fields that I had previously hidden are now showing up. However, when I bring it into Fluent Forms, they appear. Could someone help me? I don't want these fields to be visible; I only want the calendar to appear.
Is it possible to customize the calendar and how it's displayed? Also, how can I remove the time zone that appears at the end of the calendar?
I'm developing a website for a dentist. I'd like the client to be pre-registered when filling out the form and scheduling an appointment. Afterwards, they'll have a profile where they can schedule future appointments and keep a history of consultations, as well as see any necessary exams and payment invoices, with the option to pay on-site, by card, or via Pix (Brazilian instant payment system).
How can the receptionist also schedule appointments for this client?
Is this possible? Could someone help me?
Is there a builtin way to prevent someone from making multiple bookings with the same calendar, if he has a scheduled meeting in that calendar (not completed/cancelled)? Obviously the identification of the same person would be only with regards to the same email.
Will FluentBooking team add functionality/features to the one-off events?
Would like to see this mature some more.
I hear rumors of a seperate event plugin, but I really hope those are not true and FluentBooking will grow for events
So, when you use the payment module or the new FluentCart integration, and the checkout is abandonedβ¦
Iβm seeing that the booking is anyway being confirmed.
Support told me this is the default behavior. And I am thinking of setting those booking as βconfirmation neededβ by the admin.
But, is there any workaround prior to any update that can fix this?
How are you addressing this?
Iβve been expecting this integration for so long, and itβs incredible! But this behavior left us like π«₯: βNo buenoβ
Any feedback is welcome!
For our bookings, we allow bookings at any time of day so the list of timeslots starts at 12:00AM, then 12:30AM, 1:00AM, etc. However, most bookings would be after 8:00AM but we don't want to prevent bookings before 8:00AM. Is there a way to have the scrollable list of available times show 8:00AM (or nearest available timeslot) upon initial load so the user doesn't have to scroll down from 12:00AM to 8:00AM? This obviously isn't a huge deal but it would be nice if possible.
Thanks!

Searching that error on Google in quotes returns a lot of web sites using FluentBooking with this same error. Was this error introduced in the latest update?

I'm looking for a solution that would be suitable for a franchise service business. Multple locations, multiple services, multiple employees. They are currently using Ovatu.
I am thinking about using FluentBooking for this, but there will be a lot of work. Feels like trying to make it work as something that it's not intended for.
For example, if there are 10 locations, 10 services and 10 employees, I need to manually create 100+ different calendars probably.
Also the client wants to easily see revenue per each employee/service etc.
Would be so cool to use FluentCart and FluentBooking for this, but I'm afraid it's not smart. It has to be easy to manage for the client. I would need to create a custom dashboard and use REST API or admin-ajax endpoints to GET/POST data, but not sure if it's worth the effort.
Any thoughts?
