Happy New Year, and wishing you a great year ahead πŸŽ‰

What I miss is a 'create booking' button in the crm contact, where you can simply click the button, select the appointment/event and contact info gets prefilled automatically.

Another thing that I would like to see is the smartcode for a booking. Create a smartcode for a specific one-off event (or appointment) send campaign and when the subscriber clicks the smartlink, he automatically booked his attendance

I don't know if this is possible, but it would be interesting to add other videoconferencing services in addition to zoom. There is KMeet (Infomaniak.ch) which is great and if it can be integrated, that would be great! And why not Microsoft Team.

Hi everyone, I need help with a specific use case that seems impossible right now.

The Scenario:
I sell a 10-hour training course, split into 5 sessions of 2 hours each.
The total price for the course is fixed (e.g., €500 total).

The Goal:
I want the customer to select their 5 dates in the calendar during the booking process, and pay the single fixed price of €500 at checkout.

The Problem with "Allow Multiple Booking":

  1. If I set the event price to €500 and enable "Multiple Booking":
The system calculates €500 x 5 slots =€2500. (Too expensive!)
  2. If I divide the price (set the event at €100) so that €100 x 5 = €500:
There is no way to force the user to select exactly 5 slots. A user could book just 1 slot for €100, which breaks my business model.

The Request:
Is there a way to set a "Fixed Total Price" regardless of the number of slots selected? Or a "Bundle" feature where we can enforce "Select 5 slots for €500"?

Sending a hidden "free" calendar link after the first payment is not an option for me due to security reasons (I don't want a free booking link circulating).

Thanks for your help!

It would be really helpful if Booking offered an Events module that builds on the Group booking functionality. I'd really love if it had a recurring events function. That would allow my professional org members to see and register for all upcoming working group meetings and fix a lot of issues we're having with people dropping calendar invitations etc. Just let them self-service events that happen on a regular and consistent basis + one off events like webinars.

As Group Booking currently exists, I can't set a specific time/date or keep registration open after one person books it.

I have set up a calendar and linked it to a woo product...I need variable pricing, but when I go back to calendars, it has disappeared. The site is running eventon and wondering if anyone else has found this.

Can't choose a corresponding FluentCart Product, if the product is set to private.

Can you please change this?

Is there any way to have the events inherit the theme's CSS? The default results in elements that are almost comically small on large monitors.

I've got an event with a couple of options, duration and location. I want to display it on a page (using Bricks Builder's shortcode element) without showing the author information or description, as these are both redundant. However, when I use the shortcode
[fluent_booking id="1" disable_author=yes]
the result hides everything on the left-hand side, showing only the calendar.

I looked at the shortcodes reference, but the documented choices are very limited (and hiding the author shouldn't hide required functionality of the event form..!)

Help! Thanks!
