Hi, is it possible to write a ticket from agent to agent not only to customer or do i have to add the agent also as customer and make a workflow that all tickets that goes to the agentcustomer directly added to the mapped agent?
Is it just me or is this an issue with the new version?
We have switched to Postmark and are trying to set up a Webhook connection in Fluent Support for inbound emails. However, when we tested the connection from Postmark, we received an HTTP 423 response. After investigating this, it seems the Webhook URL does not exist on our page. Is there anyone in the group who has experienced the same problem and was able to solve it?
I have raised a support ticket, but no response for two days. Ticket #124216
Cheers
Arild
Hi i use fluent support basically for my email tickets and i dont want ticket number in the email title how can i remove it? And if i want to add custom ticket prefix/suffix is it possible to do so?
It would be really useful to create a new ticket when looking at the customer screen in FluentSupport, as well as from the Contact screen in FluentCRM.
It seems that email piping doesn't accept emails forwarded from any email other than the one registered with FluentSupport? I've sent a message a couple days ago to support, but haven't had a response yet. Can anyone confirm? I've tried this unsuccessfully, and can't find anything in the documentation.
I have this idea that I only want members of my community to access the support area. The typical message to unregistered users is to ask they login and give them this shortcode:
[fluent_support_auth]
Would it work to send them to my FluentCommunity shortcode for either login or registration or something from FluentAuth?
I'll play with some ideas, but I didn't know if the shortcodes worked across plugin products.
Nice UI update in the latest! Loving it!
The CSS changes really bugged me too. My website is dark too. I used to be able to set some of them in the block editor, but after the new update, some settings were left there.
Anyway, I like the new UI. But please focus on fixing the {{ticket.admin_url}} and {ticket.public_url}} short tags!
A colon is missing from the link and it's very confusing.
This is in the link sent to the email (admin): http//websitename.com/admin.php?page=fluent-support/#/tickets/xxx/view
I don't think it's a huge task to fix the link. Please fix it.
Also, I have a Feature request: Since it's a new UI, could you please add a dark theme? :)
Nice revamp of the desktop layout in the last update of Fluent Support.
But the mobile layout, has a lot to be improved.
Are you going to work on it as well?
