Incoming Webhook

We have switched to Postmark and are trying to set up a Webhook connection in Fluent Support for inbound emails. However, when we tested the connection from Postmark, we received an HTTP 423 response. After investigating this, it seems the Webhook URL does not exist on our page. Is there anyone in the group who has experienced the same problem and was able to solve it?
I have raised a support ticket, but no response for two days. Ticket #124216

Cheers

Arild

For incoming webhook, you must have to send the formatted data. 423 status code means the data is not well formatted. Please check this doc: https://fluentsupport.com/docs/incoming-webhook/

By the way, FluentSupport has email parsing option where you can create an email inbox and forward all of your email to that masked email to process as ticket.

Shahjahan Jewel, Thanks. We have used email piping, but we recently switched to Postmark and can't see that it is possible to forward incoming emails to the email piping. Is there something we are missing?

Arild BekkelundΒ Not sure why you are using Postmark's incoming feature. You should have a real email inbox like Gmail/Zoho for your domain.

if you don't need a real email inbox, maybe you can use Cloudflare's free email forwarding service.
