Can't activate license...although shows connected in dashboard

I've run into a problem creating a ticket programmatically.

Using a bitAssist support form on another website that is capturing the ticket. I've got a webhook connected to Pabbly Connect that sees the ticket information.

I can connect to Fluent Support and send the ticket, but there are a couple of problems.

  1. The tickets are being managed by a separate mailbox which is being specified in the connection. The upload is ignoring that mailbox and defaulting to the default

Looking at the API, there does not appear to be a way to specify anything but the default mailbox.

  2. I've tested the record being sent, but I'm now noticing that Fluent Support if it does not recognize the sender defaults to the agent.

How do I specify the mailbox I want the ticket to go? I've tried populating "Ticket Mailbox Name" and "Ticket Mailbox Email" but it continues to go to the default mailbox. πŸ˜•

How do I force the name and email address of the sender when they're not already customers?

I don't see any settings on the backend...just wondering if anyone has a snippet to override the default settings?

Total noob here. Can my host's SMTP handle bounces (I use a shared server with Eurovps) or do I need s specialised email service like Amazon SES or Brevo?

If so, any recommendation?

Seems like my Woocommerce products are not showing on the front-end when creating a ticket after updating to Version 1.8.7. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hello! I’d like to know the solution for not receiving emails when the inbox is CC’d.

Has anyone recently purchased FluentBoards and found that the "License Management" menu item is not displayed in the plugin settings?? I am not able to apply the pro license file as a result. WP v 6.7.2

License Managment link not displayed

Specified file types, quantities, and file sizes are not showing correctly on the front end.

Version 1.8.7

File uploads: file types not showing on front-end File uploads: file types not showing on front-end

New tickets are showing as 'New' in all tickets view and 'Active' in ticket details. Is this expected behaviour? Tested on new and old tickets.

Version 1.8.7

Front-end: ticket status' not matching up between All Tickets view and Ticket Details Front-end: ticket status' not matching up between All Tickets view and Ticket Details Front-end: ticket status' not matching up between All Tickets view and Ticket Details

Did they recently change ALL of the CSS for FluentSupport?

I ask because I have 600+ lines of custom CSS and a day's worth of work that seems to be πŸ’© after the latest update.

Let me just say this is INCREDIBLY infuriating 😑
