Is there a way to add company info though a fluent form? I see where you can select Primary company but not seeing any other company fields. Maybe I'm missing something?
I have a form with the address block and multiple others fields. All other fields were easy to map to custom fields in Fluent CRM. But the addresses block and DOB block do not map to the native FluentCRM fields. This seems odd since the are both Fluent products. How do I map the address and DOB fields? Note: this is using a webhook. FluentCRM is on a subdomain of Fluent Forms.
Its on the buttons options but it would be cool to have it for containers & images.
Not sure if this is even on the radar but it would be pretty cool ;)
For example:
When a client submits a booking using Fluent Booking then Fluent CRM can create a task in Fluent Board in stage "In Progress". It works ok in this case.
But I want to: if client click cancel link, the task can move to stage "Cancel" automatically.
Is there any way to do this?
I wanted to ask if itβs currently possible to access FluentCRM from theΒ front end, specifically for creating and managing newsletters. This would be beneficial for users who need CRM access without entering the WordPress backend.
If this feature is not yet available, would you consider adding it in a future update? AΒ front-end CRM dashboardΒ with options to create newsletters, manage campaigns, and handle contacts would be a valuable addition.
I'm not sure if there's a separate forum for FluentForms, so I'm posting this here. I've implemented the free version of FluentForms to test things out and I'm noticing a number of email solicitations, mainly SEO-related...so while it's not the typical form spam I frequently, I didn't have these problems when I was using the standard Kadence form feature that came stock with the template. Do the FluentForms bypass Akismet or is there another setting I'm missing or should turn on?
I'd like to see an easy way to add the readonly attribute to input elements. The use case is forms that receive/forward data via URL query variables. I'm sure there are other reasons to support this standard attribute.
In this way, data such as formatted name, email, etc. can be displayed when appropriate, not user-changeable, and available for special use in {get} references.
A specific example would be a sequence of
lead capture -> approval (creating a CRM contact) -> payment (requiring read-only name & email via URL query variables) -> quiz presentation (RO display the name, email, quiz date).
Stripe payment integration needs an input type=email element to operate correctly; which value in this case is readonly, arriving via a URL query variable.
It's always possible to write some JS & add the readonly attribute.
The standard work-around of creating two blocks (hidden, HTML) where the HTML displays the value, and the hidden field has the appropriate name attribute to reference in submit processing doesn't work in this case. Neither field has the email type as required by the Stripe integration.

Coming from Omnisend, I used their built-in Email List Cleaning service, bounce handling, and all that.
Aside from Bounce Handling practices, what workflows and tools do you use for Email List Cleaning?
I'm checking economical alternatives to ZeroBounce, such as Email Verifier & Blacklist Shield by BrandNav.
Do you have recommended tools and workflows? Ideally with deeper integration with FluentCRM's contact list.
