I'm using Emailit via SMTP, which currently lacks a native bounce handling integration.
Someone claims to have "set up a webhook in Suretriggers to unsubsribe a subscriber after a hard bounce"
Ideally without SureTriggers, how do I setup a bounce handler for a non-supported email service like Emailit?
I made a form for making invoices. What I would like is that I (only as an admin) can prefill fields with data from Fluent CRM, such as name, adres, (if there is) clientnumber and that the generated PDF is saved within the contact in CRM when send..
What I would like is a clientnumber tool within the CRM. Or is that already possible?
When I activated FluentCRM to WooCommerce buyer information sync, everyone was added as a mailing list subscriber.
Now, we have Omnisend data with the correct subscription status. Maybe 10% of past customers have unsubscribed from our marketing list.
What's a clean way to follow our Omnisend subscription status data and override the automatic Woo buyer subscription status?
I have a number of packages listed as checkboxes on a form. And when I saw the option to "show values" next to each check box option, I assumed I could capture that as tag I could sort and filter on within FluentCRM. Is that possible? I'm on the free version but will upgrade after testing and playing around with it. I have about 15 packages that a prospective customer can select, and based on the package they select on the interest form, I wanted to be able to push out an email to those folks who checked that package. I don't want to create a separate form for each package...any help would be appreciated!
Hi everyone, as from title Amazon denied one of my customers the exit from sandbox. What are other similar services with pay-as-you-go pricing?
I am looking for some advise on the best process to help segment my subscribers better. I used both Fluentforms and FluentCRM. I have recently created a exit intent pop-up form for a coupon for my online course/classes. I am getting confused with where and how to start segmenting them.
I would like them to get added to either of 2 lists (one gardening etc and the other yoga etc). Ive tried a couple of ways and its confusing and complicated.
What is the most streamline way to go about this? After they get added to either list I would like to send them to a relevant welcome email sequence
Im getting kind of confused where and when to use goals vs conditions in the email automation.
example of what I have started but not sure its the best:
- Is it better to add a multiple chose question to the form and then try and use the dynamic tagging? Then how to a create the email sequence to follow this? (keeping in mind I would rather them go straight onto ether/or both lists and not just get tagged.
- Or is there a way to use the condition to do this. It doesnt seem to me this would work if they check both list options on the form?
If someone could lay it out step by step that would be super helpful. thx!
Hello !
Here is a user case that, maybe, others here have...
We have a client who has a team of sales people and also setters and closers.
Each sales people has its own region in the country.
Now, if we give access to the CRM to the sales people, they will see all the contacts...
Is there a way to limit their access to their defined contacts only ?
If not, Shahjahan JewelΒ , this seems to me one important thing if we want to push FluentCRM as a real CRM...
Am I the only one to need this ?
Another thing : being able to select other sales steps then "Prospect" or "client" in the list...(would be nice to be able to add some sales steps in there).
All the best to all of you !
- Coupon Suffix Not Applied:Β While the coupon is being generated, the suffix is not being correctly appended.
- Email Displays Price Incorrectly (as if the coupon is applied):Β When users receive their abandoned cart email, it shows a discounted price as if the coupons is already applied βeven though the actual cart total does not reflect the discount correctly.
- Cart Discount Not Reflected:Β The coupon applies successfully to the cart, but the cart total does not update to reflect the discount.
What do you use to send emails in Fluent CRM? I've been using Amazon so far, but I find it messy and confusing. Is there anything better? Can they also be sent via CloudFlare?
