Is it possible to edit WooCommerce status emails, such as “New Order,” “Processing,” “Completed,” etc.? Additionally, is there a way to create new custom order statuses?

If not, could this be considered as a feature request?

Hi, I am new to Fluent and so just learning! When trying to setup dynamic segments using products or categories, I'm only shown a few products and not the full 1500 and no categories. Can anyone suggest why this might be please.

Would be nice to have an option for predictive sending, so the emails would send at the best possible moment.

Also, something I miss, is "message variables". Custom texts that can be used inside emails, automations and sequences, that when you change it, it changes in every place used

When I visit my contact list looking for an email address or a phone number, it would be helpful if, by hovering over the email address, I would then see an icon that I can click to copy the email address. ACF fields have this option as a quick way to copy custom field slugs.

At the moment I have to open the contact so I can then copy the email from there. If I try to copy the email from the contacts list, I get the full URL for that contact.

Hi! Loving FluentCRM and so glad I moved to it.

There is one thing that I'd love that would help evergreen email sequences feel more current - that there's a visual builder for the global footer that I can do more with and also a way to make blocks reusable and able to create global blocks too.

Evergreen sequences are great, but I'd like to include a global block that I update each week so that I have current offers inserted in and I don't have to go through each email in the sequence to change it. It's a quick and easy update in one place.

Visually building with a FluentSnippet too, would be interesting and I insert a snippet shortcode... something!

Having custom reusable/global blocks would be so so amazing!

FluentCRM currently formats date fields in the Y-m-d format. But most of european countries uses m-d-Y format... Can you add a way to be able to switch format ?

Can someone explain what happens if a person enters the funnel after the selected date?

I want to avoid the person suddenly being bombarded with emails if they sign up after the specific date.

Ideally, the person should skip the date and land on the next step.

Is that possible?

I really would like to see some more Fluent- actions and triggers to automate internal flows.

For FluentBoards I would like to see
Task completed,
Task overdue and
User assigned to task triggers, and
Archive task,
Create board/stage/task from template, including all (custom)fields,
option to set all fields when creating a task - including assignee and estimate,
Send webhook with all field data (so you can create for example a social media post and schedule that) actions

For FluentCommunity, I like to see the Lesson dripped trigger
and Add points, Remove Points, Send public welcome message, Send private chat message and schedule post actions

For FluentBooking I would like to see a Wait until booking date action
