Request: In the email editor, allow access to the document overview

When composing an email, the editing options and tools are very limited. One of the tools that is missing (not sure why) is the document overview tool. There have been times when I've been editing emails that I need to see the structure of the email and rearrange it. But because the document overview tool is missing, there's no way to do that.
