I'm hoping for some advice from folks here.

I am an instructor and my students often come back and take different classes with me...so in my import file, I have course_type, course_date, and course_city, and the unique identifier is the email id. I am wanting to ensure that course_type is captured in each duplicate record because the duplicate record means the student took another class with me. I was initially thinking tags would be the way to go. But when I go to import these records, how do I ensure each instance/duplicate captures the unique course type and doesn't overwrite the previous course type? At first, I was thinking instead of making course_type a Custom Contact Field, I would remove course_type from the import as a custom field and assign the course_type as a tag instead. And each time a duplicate is uploaded/found, it would assign a new tag for the new course_type. I was thinking I'd need to do a separate import for the duplicate records for this initial import of 10K students. In that initial import, I have about a thousand duplicate records which are students who took multiple classes.Β

Also, when I upload a duplicate, I'm ok if the course_date is simply updated/overwritten with the most recent course date. It's the course type that needs to be additive and preserved so I can design custom campaigns around those and for students that have taken multiple courses.Β

Please let me know the best way to do this. I can see this also compounding when I start offering online classes through LearnDash. I will need FluentCRM to store that as a new course_type and not overwrite the previous courses/course types taken.Β

Hello!

I have a pretty niche situation I think as I cannot see it discussed online. I want to send my customers a birthday discount 30 days before their birthday (or more specifically their dogs Birthday which I have setup a custom contact field for and form to gather the info, both are working perfectly).

This is to allow the customer to make a purchase which would arrive in time for their dogs birthday.

Is this currently possible in FluentCRM? Or is it too hard basket?

Is there a repository anywhere of sample email designs and/or starter automation templates that new users could take advantage of for quick-start and for learning?

Would it be possible to add a roadmap for Fluent CRM here?

If I want to sent recurring emails on custom dates it is not possible. I need to create a separate campaign for or each date. Why is this not possible? Seems like a basic feature

Is anyone tracking product/page browsing behavior (not cart abandonment) with FluentCRM?

I need an automation to follow up with people who view specific products but leave without adding to cart. I was on Omnisend and they had a Product Abandonment automation template for Woo.

FluentCRM has a new cart abandonment feature for WooCommerce, but I can't find anything for product page views.

Any workarounds or solutions?

Thanks πŸ™

Hi everyone,

Does someone know where I can find the previous versions of FluentCRM?

I need to perform some tests to find an issue on my website with this plugin.

Thanks in advance!

Members who subscribe to my community are automatically awarded an exclusive VIP badge through an automation set up in FluentCRM. However, if a member cancels their subscription, there isn’t currently an option to automatically remove the badge from their profile. This means that even after cancellation, a VIP badge may still be displayed, potentially causing confusion about their active membership status. Would it be possible to add an automation option that revokes the VIP badge automatically upon subscription cancellation, ensuring that badge status accurately reflects active community membership?

Well, I didn't see the official announcement here, so I happily want to share that a new FluentCRM's update was released.

I love the way Fluent Forms and FluentCRM take care about subscriptions, mainly for FluentCommunity.

Firstly, I really love the product suite you've created. It has made our journey from patching together Shopify, Activecampaign, Thinkific and more expensive SaaS to becoming Wordpress fans much easier

(after dabbling with Buddyboss and LifterLMS....spending a lot....)

The Tag Mapping in between Fluent Community and Fluent CRM is excellent and awesome.

It solves Onboarding automations in such a beautiful way, and makes creating automations really easy. We use Surecart, so with the tag mapping it so easy to create a tag with orders and then onboard people wherever they are.

THE BIG LACK In Fluent CRM - Pipeline view.

However, when it comes to the CRM part, we are lacking a PIPELINE VIEW immensely, and I've "heard" it is suppose to be on its way.

While waiting,

adding an action to Fluent CRM to "Update Stage"

would be super useful and open up for using Boards better as a CRM and Pipeline tool.

Perhaps this might be a "quick fix", while we are longing for the larger update πŸ‘
