How to display Contact Name on Page/Frontend?

I've designed a "Welcome" page for new subscribers and want to include their names in the welcome message using dynamic tags or fields.

While I'm familiar with using dynamic tags and smartcodes in emails, they don't seem to work on posts, pages, or the frontend. I

s there a way to achieve this with a "hidden" setting or code snippet?
