Date of birth

Does anyone know why in Fluent Forms, if I want to connect the date of birth inserted in the form, with the one in the FluentCRM contact, it says that I can only set a y-m-d format?

I haven't gotten to it yet, but would like to have support for day.month.year, and time in 24 hour format.
