The list of actions that can be applied to a contact(s) includes Add to Tags, Remove From Tags, Add to Lists, Remove From Lists.

Actions also include Add to Automation Funnel and Add to Email Sequence.

But strangely, Remove from Automation and Remove from Email Sequence are missing.

Please add those missing contact bulk actions.

I'm using FluentForms for all my subscription forms with the FluentCRM integration. 

The newsletter subscription forms add the user to "newsletter 1" list by default. There is also an optional checkbox that when selected, adds the user to another "newsletter 2" list.

Is there a way to configure things to require Admin approval before a user can be added to the "newsletter 2" list?

I have reviewed the Manager user stuff. I don't see a way to assign users ownership to objects like contacts. Is there a way to do that I'm missing, or any addons that make this happen?

In the email composer there is the button {{ }} to display a list of fields that can be inserted. I would like to have the defined SmartLinks displayed along with the description in that dialog so we can easily pick the SmartLink we want to use without having to go over to the SmartLinks tab, find and copy the SmartLink, and then go back to the email to insert it.

I have often run into the situation when designing an automation email that I would like to use a previous campaign email as the starting point. However, when designing the automation email there is only the ability to import a template.

So in order to use a previous campaign email as the starting point for an email in the automation, I have to:

1. goto campaigns and find the email,
2. duplicate the campaign,
3. save the campaign email as a template,
4. go back to the automation,
5. import the template,
6. go back to campaigns,
7. delete the duplicate campaign,
8. goto templates,
9. then delete the template.

That's a lot of steps and time...

So what I would like to have is an "Import Campaign" button to directly import the campaign email design into the automation email.

And actually, I think it could be a nice button to have even in the campaign editor so that we have the option of either importing a template or importing a past campaign email directly, out choice.

Would someone be kind enough to explain what these are for and how we can use them?

The docs (https://fluentcrm.com/docs/event-tracking-record/) are frustratingly vague (maybe just me), especially when it comes to Event Keys.

The only instructions are "The Event Key: Put your Event Keywords." What does that mean and what goes there? Just make up a key name or does this tie in somewhere downline? Is this the class of the element that we want to track interactions on?

Then, after creating a Tracking Event Recorded automation, you then 'Add Action/Goal' where there is a Event Tracking Key, Event Tracking Title, and an Event value. Same thing here, no explanation...again, just any random keyname or does this tie in somewhere downline?

I'd really appreciate some help in dumbing things down for me. Thanks!

My Goal:

Send mail to the subscribers who did not /never opened the campain mail. 

I have a list, when subscribers opt in to this list then an automatic workflow starts. They will recieve a welcome mail. Then i created a condition. if a subscriber who has subscribed within the last 3 days AND has never opened mail they would/should recieve another mail trying to get them back 

I already created segmentation for users who never opened the last mail, and when i look in the filter i can see that for the ones who did not open or click a mail the filter works and show the correct amount, but is just my welcome workflow i simly cant get to work

Can not be that hard to implement because Fluentbooking can do something similar already
