I want to create an automation with the following flow:
- Trigger - A booking confirmed.
- Wait till 9pm the day before the meeting.
- Send an email asking the invited party to RSVP his attendance. The will be done by clicking on a link (A SmartLink so a tag will be attached, so I know he confirmed).
My question - is there an option to create the #2 part? I know I have the option to wait until a custom field, and I could save the booking date to the custom field, but that still won't give me the option of sending the email a day before.
And regarding the email reminder option in fluentbooking that you might suggest - there is no option to customize the different email reminders sent. I schedule one the day before and 2 hours before the event. And I don't want to send a request for RSVP 2 hours before, if one was already sent.
We just released FluentCRM 2.9.50. This version brings several exciting new features, improvements, and bug fixes to enhance your marketing automation experience.
What's New:
- Shortcode support for multiple email campaign archives
- Shortcodes are now searchable
- WordPress version 6.8 compatible
- Voxel Integration ( Product purchase history in contact )
- Other bug fixes and improvements.
Check out these improvements and read the full release postΒ
I posted this on the WP Plugin support page, but figured I would do it here as well. There appears to be an issue / conflict in WP 6.8 where the toolbar is vertical. I attempted to see if I could adjust the CSS as a temporary fix but could not seem to. - Thanks for the quick fix if possible

Is there a way that the members in FluentCRM can create business cards to download and use when attending member-only events and meetings?
FluentForms?
Feature request?
Thanks.
Any chance more robust marketing automation features like page visits, time on page, user action/events are on the roadmap?
Hey! Iβm trying to add dynamic dates into emailsβlike using {{date.Month}} to automatically insert the current month.
For example:
βBookings are almost gone for {{date.Month}}.β
Would display as:
βBookings are almost gone for April.β
Is this currently possible within fluentCRM?
I have real estate agents that represent multiple properties. When a prospect fills out a contact form, i want them to be able to select from a drop down list where they select the property they're interested in getting more info about. Once they select that property, i want the automation to send info about that property. I couldn't figure out how to do this. Each agent may have 8-10 listings. I don't want to create 8-10 forms for each of my agents, when I can just have one form. How do I do this with fluentCRM. If this isn't a solution, how do you advise I proceed? I simply want a contact form that our leads fill out, choose what they're interested in, and receive info about it. It can be dropdown menus, check boxes, radio fields, multiple choices. I'm find with any. I just need to get it done :) Thank u!
Thought it would be easier to record a video:

I set up a simple automation with
- an email nurturing sequence (14 day seq),
- added a tag after to move any subscribers not taking action within the sequence to a "wait list",
- then ended the automation.
When subscibers enter the sequence they go straight through to the tag and ending the automation, while still being in the sequence.
I fixed it by adding a goal instead when noticing this "Email Sequence Complete".
Is the goal necessary to mark a subscriber as having completed the Sequence or is that handle anyways?
However, is this a Bug or a brilliant design I have not yet wrapped my head around (which is an experience I've had a few times during my Fluent Learning Journey).
In the list of automation actions there is an action to remove a contact from an automation(s). However, there is no action available to ADD a contact to an automation(s). Please add this capability to automation actions. #idea #request
