Fluent Forms send to contact from a FluentCRM Tag

Hi. We want to send email via FluentForms and use a tag in FluentCRM as the send list. You can make an automation and send with a tag but then you cant use any content from the form. You can sent email via FluentForm but then you cant use a tag based contact list from FluentCRM.

It is a Catch 22... We have tried all kind of combinations using Fluent Community, Ninja Forms, Bitflows, SureTriggers, SureForms... We used ai to code snpippets but then it is way to complicated to manage for my clients. Could you plase make it possible to use  tag based contact list in combination with Fluent Forms?

Or is there a way to do this?
