I figured out how to change the background color for the entire email, but how do I change the text block to match?? Also, is there a way to create a border around a text box??
Just curious to know how you guys deal with sharing accesses to your sites with FCRM and FluentCart when support requires access (ninjas or any other Wordpress team).
For privacy, compliance and so, itβs not possible to share admin accesses βfreelyβ or without taking this into account.
Iβve always missed some kind of password access or a specific setting for this.
Hi everyone!
Iβm trying to figure out the proper way to schedule an automated email sequence that is aligned with a specific future date β in this case, the date of a recurring webinar.
Hereβs the situation:
- I have a webinar that runs every month (or every two weeks).
- When someone registers for the webinar, they should enter an email sequence.
- The emails should be sent X days before the webinar date, not X days after they join the list.
What I want to avoid:
- If someone signs up 1 day before the webinar, I donβt want FluentCRM to send 4 emails instantly because βdelaysβ are relative to the subscription date.
- I also donβt want reminders to keep sending after the webinar date is over.
Is there a way in FluentCRM to anchor email delays to a custom date (the webinar date), or to dynamically schedule emails based on a date stored in a custom field?
If not, what is the recommended automation method to handle this type of timeβsensitive sequence?
Thanks for your help!
PS : May I should use automations in this case but I want to avoid having a neverending flow to build...
Shahjahan Jewel -- One way would be to make sure that the sending speed can beat the socks off everyone else.
My proposal: add a filter, so that developers can dynamically add more threads to the threaded sending speed.
The code would need to have relatively minor modifications to increase the number of threads being used to send emails. (It's just two right now?)
Basically, someone could set the threads to, say, 6 in functions.php. The code would then dynamically allocate the number of threads, based on list size, max sending speed, etc.
Offsets, etc could easily be calculated based on this.
I worked up the code for this, but don't have time to test it.
However, this would make a LOT of your customers very happy.
Keeping the configuration outside of the main interface would keep this away from those who shouldn't use it. However, you would then be able to let people with bigger servers (say a 20 core server), send at a much faster rate.
I know quite a few people who have stopped using FluentCRM because of sending speed. There are similar issues with competitors, though not as bad. This could very much set you apart.
"The ONLY Wordpress CRM that can send 200,000 emails an hour" sounds pretty good, right?
It would be nice if the products marked as Private in FluentCart where available to Order Paid trigger, Target Products condition.
I was able to publish the product, add it to the condition, and then flip it back to private. The product ID sticks in the condition and then when flipped back to published is properly populated.
Having Private products show up in this list would be helpful.
How do other people pre-setup automations before the product is live? With categories?
I would really like to see a Kanban model for commercial management in Fluent CRM. I feel that it is useful for marketing management, but my pain point is managing these leads and selling. TODAY I use Fluent Boards, but it doesn't meet my needs well. ...
Currently, on Campaigns reports, we are able to see:
- How many clicks we got on different URLs.
- A list of all the users who clicked on ANY link.
- We are able to go to Actions > and add a tag to the users that clicked on specific links.
BUT, we are not able to just, filter and see which users clicked on specific links (if we do not add them to an specific tag).
This could be really useful. Simply being able to see that filtered list.

A couple of months ago this topic was mentioned while talking about future updates like the upcoming v.3.0 and so.
Is there any ETA now for this?
I'm working on a client recovery automation that kicks off if a client cancels or otherwise is removed from a paid subscription. I want to send them an email with a coupon code to invite them back and sweeten the deal with a coupon thats only valid for that person.
Basically the flow could go like this
β Person cancels subscription >
β Tag the person with "cancelled subscription" >
β Add Tag automation triggers to
- create FluentCRM coupon (1 use, valid only for specific user account, expires in 48hours) >
- Send a "sorry to see you go" email embedded with coupon code and a link to re-subscribe.
Anyone set up anything like this?
I want to automatically email the lessons of my course in FluentCommunity to students through an email sequence/automation in FluentCRM. One email every day for 30 days (=30 lessons)
I don't want to send a mail with a link to the lesson, but rather the content of the lesson itself (excluding video, just text). I think the impact of an email with the lesson would be much greater than a link to an online lesson.
However, I don't want to copy and paste all the lessons into 30 emails/templates. Every time something changes in the lesson, I would need to change it in two places, which is not efficient and could lead to unwanted inconsistencies.
May be itβs just importing the field {post-content} of lesson {id} into the email. Or using a short code. But does anyone know how I can achieve this? I know there are some shortcodes, but this one I've not seen (yet). #FluentCommunity
