Can I add more Contact Status?
I would like to add more contact status. Now only lead or customer. But I would like to add "Lead" "MQL" "SQL" "Oppurtunity" "Client" and "Ambassador" to the status. Why can I not find where to add these to status?
Is there a specific reason for you wanting to use the contact status instead of tags?
Helmar Rudolph First: safety. Tags can be removed. I think that is why status exists within Fluent. Second, visually, because it sits directly next to name in the top of the card.
