Happy New Year and our year in review
As 2025 comes to a close, we shared a quiet reflection on how this year shaped FluentCRM. Itโs just an honest look at what we focused on in 2025 and how those decisions will guide us in 2026.
2025 at a Glance

Very impressive, but that is because you guys have worked hard to create some very intuitive and powerful tools for all of us to use. Thank you from Florida. Happy 2026.
Thanks for a very interesting article. Do you have any plans on finishing the support for list based double opt-in? As you mention in the article, you can now set custom messages for the different lists, but to be GDPR compliant (and for security reasons) you still have to send an opt-in email for every list a contact signs up for (if the contact isnโt a logged in user).
Additional info for bypassing readers: the list-based double opt-in email is never sent if the contact is already subscribed to another list. You currently need a third party tool, e.g., Fluent Forms Pro, to be GDPR compliant on sites with multiple lists.
do you know when you will release this update and will it include sms automation
Hey Shajahan, when can we expect Fluent CRM 3.0 to be released?
Any news regarding the release of FluentCRM 3.0, Shahjahan Jewel? I donโt ask to rush anything, just to make it easier for us to plan.
Karl Emil Nikkaย We are planning to start the beta in the first week of February or earlier.
Shahjahan Jewelย nice to have a timeline, thank you! I've got two clients I've promised SMS to and have been telling them "soon! Soon!"
Shahjahan Jewelย Great news๐
Shahjahan Jewelย Do you have a new date for us? :-)
Karl Emil Nikkaย We are trying our best to ship the beta by the end of next week and then full release within end of this month.
Shahjahan Jewelย Thanks for the update!
Shahjahan Jewelย dear Shah, what is the deal with fluentcart and woocommerce. i like the idea and concept of fluent cart but I have used woocommerce sucessfully on multiple sites for 10 years.... what am I supposed to just stop that and use fluentcart? is there migrations? can you break down why I should change. I am happy to. I own 1 license of the LTD. But havent used it. Im no hater. Should I buy more? if so, why?
Jon Jonesย Buy and hold! Its an investment. i bought 5 licences having 1 site. i will wait until the end of summer to see where is going.
Ioannis Glossopoulosย Ioannis, ... I get it. I want to buy more licenses on the LTD. But, I dont see where this is going yet. It has promise. I bought 1 license just on the idea alone. I want more. But I am unwilling to buy again. Look, Shah, did not reply to me....so.... I mean how many times is he tagged in a week in this community? Maybe his VA needs to reply. All good. I like Fluent products. Im no hater. Have a nice day.
