FluentCRM + Google Workspace: Seeking experts for compliant outreach
Hi everyone,
Iβm currently looking for recommendations for experts who specialize in setting up and managing compliant outreach campaigns specifically using the FluentCRM + Google Workspace stack.
Iβm working on a project for thebusinessmatcher.com where we invite organizations to claim/update their existing listings.
Two quick points/questions:
- Feature Suggestion: I wish this forum included a "Service Discussions" or "Hiring" category. There is a lot of talk about product features, but finding vetted experts who understand the nuances of deliverability, warm-up strategies, and DNS configuration for this specific stack is challenging.
- Recommendations: Does anyone have recommendations for experts providing this service?
A note of caution: I recently had a poor experience with a highly-rated expert on Upwork who didn't meet minimum standards required for safe bulk sending., so Iβm being careful this time. Iβd like to have some screenβsharing during the key steps of the setup so I can follow along and understand the important parts of the configuration.
If you are an expert or have worked with a reliable one, Iβd love to hear from you.
Google Workspace is really not a good solution for bulk sending. Apart from anything, they have a hard 2,000 email per day sending limit - https://support.google.com/a/answer/166852?hl=en
It's still possible to use another email sending platform with your Google Workspace email address and easily set up.
Thanks Jonathan β totally agree that Google Workspace isnβt meant for highβvolume bulk sending. The 2,000/day cap is definitely a hard limit, and I wouldnβt try to push anywhere near that.
In my case the volumes are much smaller and very controlled (20β50 emails per inbox per day during warmβup, then gradual scaling), so Workspace is sufficient as the authenticated sending layer. The goal isnβt mass outreach, itβs a slow, complianceβfocused βclaim/update your listingβ workflow where deliverability and domain reputation matter more than throughput.
Iβm open to using an external SMTP if needed, but for this project Iβm trying to keep everything inside the FluentCRM + Google Workspace stack unless thereβs a strong reason not to.
Appreciate the input and still I'm very interested in recommendations for experts whoβve actually run this setup successfully.
Hello we're a VC here so of course I tried to find our fund in your platform and couldn't see it despite being SECA registered! You should add Allegory Capital to your list! To answer your question, I feel you as part of our group we have a devops team and I poked them to help for the setup. Happy to share their details I am more than happy and we're on SES on Amazon it was quite sensitive.
Thank you Orsen, I really appreciate you taking the time to look for your fund and for the nudge. Allegory Capital definitely belongs on the platform, especially as a SECAβregistered fund, so Iβve now added you to The Business Matcher investor directory so founders and partners can actually find and tag you in their searches.
Hereβs your listing link https://thebusinessmatcher.com/investors/ in case youβd like to review it, suggest any updates, or claim the profile for freeΒ so you can keep it up to date going forward.
Also, thanks for the SES tip and for looping in your devops team. This project is all about a careful βclaim/update your listingβ workflow with very low daily volumes per inbox, where domain reputation and compliance matter more than pure throughput, so your SES + devops experience is super relevant. Using SES as the delivery layer on top of FluentCRM while keeping things tightly controlled sounds like a solid pattern, and Iβd be glad to connect with your team to learn from what youβve already put in place.
