Do I need WP Fusion? (no WooCommerce, no LearnDash)

Can anyone tell me if I need WP Fusion to make:

  1. This Fluent stack work (connect and share information)?

  2. The only other functionality I can see myself wanting is the ability to protect a wordpress post or page via a FluentCRM tag or tags, and I am wondering if I need to WP Fusion to do that?

My stack consists of:

  • FluentCommunity
  • FluentCRM
  • FluentCart
  • FluentBooking
  • FluentSnippets
  • FluentSMTP
  • Kadence Theme

I was previously using WooCommerce and LearnDash and IIRC I needed WP Fusion to connect those to Fluent CRM, but I'm no longer using either of those, and I'm trying to figure.

Thanks so much!

The only thing I can think of for using wpfusion is indeed protect certain pages

Natascha VantuykomΒ hi
I’ve been using ActiveCampaign + WooCommerce + WP Fusion.

I’m currently in the middle of migrating to FluentCRM + FluentCommunity + WooCommerce, and I’m considering dropping WP Fusion.

My main concern is subscription management:

do you think the native integration between WooCommerce and FluentCRM is sufficient to properly manage subscriptions, or would WP Fusion still be recommended in this setup?

Coda MeridianΒ sounds like you could manage your use-case without it, but just sharing an idea. I often make use of the free version of WP Fusion in combination with Block Visibility to give very fine-grained control over content display for on-page content.

I personally prefer using block patterns with visibility rules than global restriction settings, and also find it useful to display things like special offers in account dashboards for users with specific tags, login prompts for users who aren't logged in, and signup prompts for logged in users without a membership, etc.

Hope you find the best solution for your use-case 🌟

Depends on your theme/builder. I use Breakdance and show/hide content using a conditional Fluent CRM tag (I added a snippet to do so).

I saw you have Kadence after my last comment, if you have pro they have conditionals. I would assume you could write a snippet for theirs... everything is code anyways.
