Since I didn't find anything on the community, Google Search and documentation, I hope there's someone here that knows the answer.

I recall that I've seen a section where to set a custom color for links in automation's emails, but I can't actually find it anymore.

I don't want the default blue, I need to set my custom color. Any help?

I'm using the Simple Boxed editor!

Sad to say, but I feel the email builder is really clunky and not intuitive at all...

Second time that I send a campaign (to around 800 people) and I get User already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections.
what can I do ?

Hi,

I'm working with automations and currently still have some products in WooCommerce, but transitioning to FluentCart. However when I want to add a goal that a specifiek order has been received. This is now only possible with WooCommerce, but it does not seem possible with FluentCart. Am I missing something or is there a recommended workaround untill this has been created?

Thanks in advance!

It would be great if we could check in an automation if a specific event has occured, and even better if we could also have a goal 'event tracked' with selection of specific event

I was using the Recent Posts block in my weekly newsletter email to display an article I write as a featured post. I noticed when I went back to an older email, the block did not match the content blurb I wrote around it. Well, that's because the Recent Posts block is dynamic, so the content will automatically update with the newest post.

In hindsight, I get it, but there is no other way (that I know of) to add a specific post with a set style similar to the recent posts block styling into an email. Surely I can't be the only one who sends emails where they'd like to select a specific post to highlight with a set style. I created a pattern, but you can't use that. I am getting increasingly frustrated with some of the limitations of FluentCRM. Their workaround was to create a taxonomy to display a specific post. So then I'd have to clutter my back end with useless taxonomies in order to select a post to show in the recent posts block.

Anyone else have a creative idea to work around this flaw?

I've started a new business that incorporates customers from an old biz. I was using webhooks & Zapier on the old company website. I have exported all the subscribers, lists, tags, automations, etc.

I need to export the incoming webhooks. Is that possible??

Thanks

I have set up a 7 day email campaign to be sent to my list of 200 subscribers. I have added myself to my own email list for testing purposes. For first 3 days, i have received the email but from 4th day the emails are showing as sent but i can't find the email in my inbox , promotions or even in spam. What might be the problem?

Who here has had success doing this? I am at a loss and I have followed this tutorial to no success. https://fluentcrm.com/docs/memberpress-integration-with-fluentcrm/

Hi, I would love to understand how goals work and I miss some clarifications in the documentation.

What I would like to do is set up a goal that if a client clicks a link in an email (gets a new tag when they do and the goal is triggered by that tag) then they skip to the goal. If they don't click the automation should go down the list of emails and then quit.

Here's my dream scenario: Start automation -> email one -> wait -> email 2 -> wait... -> email N -> end funnel here -> goal X - > email to clickers X -> end funnel here -> goal Y -> email to clickers Y -> end funnel here

I understand that there are more obvious ways to do this but this would be easier and faster without ifs and multiple automations.

Thanks // jonas
