Hi. I'm having a problem with Fluent Cart – a client has a 12-month subscription (via PayPal). The first invoice has been sent, but no invoices are being generated for the monthly payments, even though PayPal is debiting on time. How do I resolve this issue and create the missing invoices retroactively?

I wanted to request support for Afterpay and Zip Pay integration in FluentCart.

In Australia, it’s extremely common for online stores to offer buy-now-pay-later options like Afterpay and Zip Pay. I honestly haven’t come across a major ecommerce store here that doesn’t support at least one of them.

I originally requested this feature around the time FluentCart launched, so I wanted to follow up again because I believe it would add significant value for Australian users and merchants.

Adding support for Afterpay and Zip Pay would make FluentCart far more competitive and practical for the Australian market.

Square is now a payment gateway in FluentCart. This has been on the request list for a while. Glad we finally shipped it.

Here is what is new in 1.3.26:

• Square Payment Gateway. Ships as a separate addon, install it with one click from your FluentCart dashboard (Pro required). One-time payments, full subscription lifecycle, and refunds (full or partial) right from the order page. Six currencies at launch: USD, CAD, AUD, GBP, JPY, EUR. Digital wallets coming soon.
• Private products work in discounts, coupons, and order bumps now. They were invisible to the selectors before. Useful for exclusive offers, member perks, or bundle-only items.
• Subscription setup fee shows on receipts and emails as a separate line item. No more "what is this charge?" questions.

A handful of nice fixes too:

• Order and invoice dates render in your store's timezone now (was using UTC, so late-night purchases could show the wrong day)
• Coupon expiration in admin shows in your local time
• LearnDash course expiry follows the subscription or license period properly
• Plus Safari chevron fix, duplicate save toast gone, email preview fix, and a cleaner menu styling pass

Small UX win: button feedback uses spinners now instead of swapping the text. No more layout jumps when you click save.

I’m building FCHub Payment Plans for FluentCart. Not another gateway. Nobody needs one more “revolutionary payment layer” wearing a settings page.

This plugin is for selling a product with a deposit now and the balance later.

What it does:

• add a Payment Plan tab directly on FluentCart products
• set a fixed deposit or deposit percentage
• set the balance as the remaining amount or a fixed amount
• choose a fixed balance date or “X days after purchase”
• show clear checkout disclosure and consent text
• use automatic collection when the selected FluentCart gateway supports subscriptions
• fall back to a normal FluentCart balance payment link when automatic collection is not available
• track schedules, reminders, retries, and gateway capability diagnostics

How is this different from built-in FluentCart installments?

FluentCart installments are subscription/installment based: intervals, trial days, bill counts, recurring logic. Very useful, but not the same as saying:

“Pay 200 EUR today, and everyone pays the remaining balance on 15 September.”

That fixed product-level balance deadline is the bit this plugin is built around.

Would you use this in your FluentCart store? What is missing? What would make it actually useful instead of just another plugin with a confident changelog and unresolved trauma?

I have two additional issues to report regarding the PDF receipt template variables.

Issue 1: {{order.payment_method_title}} renders empty

• {{order.payment_method_title}} displays nothing in the generated PDF
• {{order.payment_method}} correctly displays the payment method (e.g. "stripe")
• Expected behavior: {{order.payment_method_title}} should display the human-readable payment method title

Issue 2: {{order.tax_total_formatted}} row is missing entirely

• The entire row containing {{order.tax_total_formatted}} does not appear in the generated PDF
• {{order.tax_total}} does render, but displays a raw unformatted number (e.g. "3000" instead of "¥3,000")
• Expected behavior: {{order.tax_total_formatted}} should display the tax amount with proper currency formatting

Issue 3: Receipt Item Table block does not render order items

• The "Receipt Item Table" block (showing Item, Qty, and Total columns) does not display any actual order data in the generated PDF
• The block appears to render correctly in the template editor preview, but the real order items are not populated at PDF generation time
• Expected behavior: the table should list the purchased items with their quantities and amounts

1. UPDATE to my my questions below - further research has answered these questions in the positive. This leads me to two new questions:

   1. Membership and products Lifetime access — can FluentCart grant permanent access from a one-time payment with no expiry date?

   2. Order bumps — does FluentCart support upsell/order bump offers at checkout?

I'm migrating from Peepso to FluentCommunity. My community also has Paid Membership Pro and WooCommerce, and I'm looking to change WooCommerce to FluentCart, and I have two questions.

1. Does FluentCart have a native PMPro integration, or is there a recommended way to handle PMPro payments through Fluent Cart's Stripe gateway directly?

2. Recurring/subscription billing — can FluentCart handle the same recurring membership payment logic that PMPro + WooCommerce Subscriptions currently does?

I would like to be able to embed a direct checkout for a product into a sales page. is that possible?
