Hi, I'm struggling with the PDF invoice, it looks terrible at the moment. Whenever I edit it in the Customize PDF templates, it doesn't change the actual PDF's that are being sent. Even so, I'm still not happy with how it looks and an important field (company name) is missing for example. Is there anyone who had a good looking PDF invoice and tips and information as to how to achieve that?
Thanks in advance!
Can anyone help me understand how to solve this problem?
Someone subscribes, but the subscription payment fails. It is marked as on hold. they try again with a different payment, so a separate new subscription is activated, and by flunetCRM integration creates the correct membership tag.
Some time later (10 days?) the on hold subscription goes to cancelled status and removes the fluentCRM tags as it triggers the fluentCRM integration for the subscription to remove tags. But they have a different working subscription and so should keep the tags?
Can I not rely on the fluentcart integration and creat with automations in fluentCRM or a php snippet or something else??
Fluentcart is not listing breadcrumbs correctly. It is missing the item name/itemlistname fields:

It's great that "Subscription" feature is available for free in the core version. However, despite many recent updates, the FluentCart team has either failed to notice or been unable to resolve a persistent bug in the subsciption pricing plan. Or am I wrong!!?
Let me illustrate it in a simple manner. You have got a digital product priced at usd 30 set at a monthly subscription plan with a trial period of 7 days. Naturally, when there is trial period, the price would amount to 0.00 usd. So you can simply hit "place order" without the need to make any payment in the offline payment method. And now your digital product is added in your dashboard. In the customer profile frontend dashboard, you see "COMPLETED" purchase. But when you click on the "Subscription Plans" tab, you see the message "No SUBSCRIPTIONS yet. Once you subscribe to a plan, it will appear here."
To me, this seems to be very illogical from a programming perspective. You subscribe to the 7 day trial and you get access to the product. But then in the "Customer Profile", there isn't any "Subscription Plan" visible.
I sincerely urge the FluentCart team and Jewel to look into this issue and have it sorted out for the benefit of the FluentCart fraternity.
Hi,
There are plenty of WooCommerce plugins for product options β for instance: https://barn2.com/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-product-options/
I'm wondering if something similar exists for FluentCart? Even with basic features, it would be very useful: the ability to add choices or input fields per product, or based on conditions (e.g. all products belonging to a given category). Options could be either free of charge or add an extra fee, and the list of selected options should be displayed in the cart, checkout, order confirmation email, and customer account orders.
This is a great feature for e-commerce and would bring significant value to FluentCart.
Is this something planned on the roadmap, or is anyone here already working on it?
Thanks,
Nicolas
If you sell licensed software, you know how much support time goes into "where is this license actually running?" Until now, you had to drill into each license to find out. Not anymore. I requested this main feature to the team, and they shipped it today, along with many improvements.
Here is what is new in 1.3.27:
- New Sites section in the licensing module. Top-level list of every activated site with a dedicated detail page for each, plus advanced filters. Customer profile, variation details, and amount formatting all in one view.
- Bricks Builder gets serious catalog tools. List/Grid view switcher, customizable category filter names, partial-match search, live filtering, and Allow Out Of Stock control. Pagination was rebuilt under the hood, too, so larger catalogs feel lighter.
- Subscription reactivations now fire the full customer journey. When a canceled subscription comes back, integrations, CRM tags, customer emails, and license access all pick up the change properly. Reactivation finally mirrors cancellation the way it should.
- Copy Variation ID button in the simple product pricing panel. No more fishing IDs out of admin URLs. Plus an Add-More button for faster variant creation.
- Tax notes on PDF receipts for stores selling into VAT or sales-tax regions.
A solid round of fixes: offline-payment subscriptions with 100% coupons activate cleanly, subscription reactivation after refund works end to end, PayPal syncing fixed, Authorize.net repaired (including fully-discounted setups), LearnDash course expiry clears properly on subscription completion (lifetime access actually means lifetime now), PDF receipt fields render correctly, and the cart now blocks the two configs that quietly cause chaos: multiple subscriptions in one order, and subscription + one-time mixed.
Also a small UX win: table filter animations across products, orders, and licenses are smoother now, with fewer redundant background requests.

Hi team, Shahjahan Jewel
I wanted to share some direct feedback from the field regarding FluentCart and physical product projects.
We currently have a significant pipeline of client e-commerce projects that we cannot run on FluentCart because of one missing essential feature: global attributes (e.g. Size: S/M/L/XL, Color: Red/Blue/Green, etc., defined once at the store level and reusable across products to generate variations).
This is not a "nice to have" β it's a baseline expectation for any physical product store. Without it, FluentCart simply cannot be used for the majority of physical product projects, which means we have to default to WooCommerce on those builds even when we'd prefer to consolidate on the Fluent stack.
We fully understand that FluentCart was originally focused on digital products, and the execution there is excellent. But now that the roadmap has shifted toward physical products, we'd strongly recommend prioritizing global attributes and variations above almost everything else. It's the single feature that currently blocks adoption on real-world physical product stores.
Happy to share more concrete use cases from our project pipeline if that's useful for scoping.
Thanks for all the great work,
Nicolas
Hello, I've been testing the free versions of fluentcommunity and fluentcart for my upcoming church site. I'm interested in purchasing the fluentcart lifetime deal but have 2 questions, 1 regarding a future feature and another regarding an apparent technical issue.
-
I know there has been extensive conversations about this but are there any plans to add integrations with POD programs like Printify and/or Printful? I understand that this may not seem like a huge ordeal but fluentcart is being marketed to small businesses with a variety of budgets, big and small but the only one that all the features seem to benefit are the companies who can afford to keep their own inventory.
-
The theme I'm using - WPAstra installed Woocommerce with the starter template I'm using. I installed and then uninstalled Fluentcart when I was forced to decide between the membership features of Fluentcart or POD features of Woocommerce. Later, I finally decided to create a separate shop with Woocommerce, uninstalled it and then reinstalled Fluentcart to use the membership feature with Fluentcommunity. Everything seemed to work fine but when I try to create or save a product, I'm getting an Error that says something like in_array(): Argument #2 ($haystack) must be of type array, null given.
I see that there was a similar issue with a previous version but has anyone identified this problem with the most recent? Any ideas on how to fix?
I gave as many details as I could to help assess what I could have done to cause this.
Thank you!
Hey good people.
Greetings Shahjahan JewelΒ ππ»
I'm sharing a project, which is early in its build. But a new site is up for those who want to have a look.
For the last months, I have spent a lot time on FluentCart for new customers. This has resulted in me building 4 custom plugin extensions for FluentCart and FluentAffiliate so far. Specific needs for a couple of long-time clients.
Recently, I have decided to offer these specific builds to other site owners. And one specific extension in FluentCart has been the request for shipping integration.
For now, this is the one FluentCart plugin extension I have ready for others to access. I already have to clients using it.
So here comes Shippo integration for FluentCart π
Check out the Shippo integration as the first product available on my site.
For now, this integrations focuses on getting discounted shipping rates, label printing, and full parcel tracking.
It's an early stage plugin. But looks good and works well according to feedback.
Maybe some of you will like it.
I'll share more about the other FluentCart and FluentAffiliate extension plugins later.
Hi all, nice to meet the WPManageNinja community! I finally got about to try FluentCart since I felt that it fits a new project for a client nicely. I really love how detailed the API and dev documentations are, and although I have a decent programming background, Codex helped me create a custom payment integration with HitPay with almost one-shot using GPT 5.5 and Extra High intelligence + plan mode. You can view a short recording here: https://ss.nayfla.link/mXugQrqO. It is built and tested on the latest WP, TwentyTwenty Five theme, FluentCart version, as well as no other plugins or settings created. Built on a local Docker environment.
Was wondering if there's anyone here who can help me do some testing? Locally or staging sites only of course. I'm not great in determining security issues so Please DM or comment me if interested and I'll invite you in the Github repo so you can submit a PR if you have any fix suggestions :)
Note: This payment integration will be shared with the public for free, of course
Separate question: anyone knows how do I force users to create an account when checking out? I feel like it's a UX issue cos they get a receipt but they cannot view it (you can see the issue I face in the last few seconds of the recording above)
