The current booking forms are preset. They usually follow a portrait mode. However, I need to add it into a landscape element. The element is large enough in size. But the [fluent_booking] shortcode and the Gutenberg block both render the form as portrait, leaving space on the left and right while top and bottom overflow is hidden. This makes the form unusable. Also, colors are either light or dark without much room for customizations.

We need an option to customize the styling according to the rest of the site. Please add an option to remove the styling, which then loads only structural and functional CSS, with no color, typography, or decorative styles applied. This gives developers a clean foundation to style from without risking breakage on update.

This is a live production issue affecting paying clients.

FluentBooking is sending Zoom meeting links that do not exist.

Example:
https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88401001207
β†’ returns "Invalid meeting ID (3,001)"

Facts:

  • Zoom is properly connected globally
  • Other bookings (1:1) correctly generate Zoom meetings
  • This specific calendar/event does NOT create meetings
  • FluentBooking still sends a Zoom link anyway
  • Multiple clients are actively booking into this broken system

Impact:

  • Clients cannot access paid live classes
  • Immediate loss of trust and revenue risk

What I need:

  1. Why FluentBooking is not generating a Zoom meeting for this calendar
  2. Where the Zoom meeting ID is being sourced from
  3. How to force meeting creation per booking for this event type
  4. Confirmation whether this is a known issue with slot-based / recurring calendars

I can provide admin access to a staging environment if required.

This needs urgent escalation.

At the moment, when online and offline availability is different, we need to provide 2 different calendars.

It would be great if there was an option to select availability schedule per location

Hello everyone,

I haven't bought the premium fluentbooking plug in yet because I don't know how it could be integrated to fluentcommunity. I assume the integration would be native. Any clue? Thank you!

It would be nice to interate MailerPress and capture new clients details when they book.

Hello !
Any news about an integration with CalDav in order to be able to connect other calendars to Fluent Booking ?

Currently, when a booking is made through Fluent Booking, all contacts go to FluentCRM with the same configuration. There's no way to conditionally apply tags or assign to different lists based on user input during the booking process.

Why this matters (GDPR compliance):

By default, a booking confirmation is a transactional interaction. You cannot send marketing communications to these contacts without explicit consent. Right now there's no way to add an opt-in checkbox in the booking form that triggers a different tag or list assignment in FluentCRM.

In Fluent Forms, you can work around this with conditional tags (not ideal, direct list assignment would be better, but it works). In Fluent Booking, not even that is possible.

Proposed solution:

Allow conditional fields in Fluent Booking (at minimum a checkbox) that can trigger different FluentCRM actions:

  • Apply specific tags based on user selection
  • Assign to a marketing list only if consent checkbox is checked
  • Ideally: direct list assignment (not just tags)

This is not just a nice-to-have. For anyone operating under GDPR, mixing transactional booking contacts with marketing lists without explicit consent is a compliance risk.

Would love to hear if others need this too.

Hi, Does this plugin allow for Single-day and multiple-night bookings (e.g., rentals, hotel stays, etc) ??

Thanks!

If someone is absent I want to put it as "no show" after 15 min of being late. Thats not possible right now because I would have to wait for the complete hpur of that meeting to end and then wait 5 more minutes to put it as "no show". I would like to be able to put it as "no show" even if the appointment hasnt finished because then I can put it as no show and continue my day with other tasks and not thinking on when to go back to booking and put the "no show". Thats important for me because that determines the automation that occurs on fluent CRM when they complete the appointment or the have the "no show".

Mark booking as completed after...

I have a services has three sessions

One 90 minute session
2 Follow up calls 60 minutes each in a specific time span

Looking at pro I don't see an option to build this type of scenario like a package of multiple sessions. Recurring will not work since the durations are different.

Now I could find a workaround for this via email but my question is, has anyone else run into something similar to this?

OR... Any plans for this type of feature?
