Hi, I'm trying to setup a calendar for 4-hour bookings. The calendar can be booked between 8.30 AM and 4 PM. I want people to be able to book on every hour between 8.30 and 12, but it will not let me. It only gives the 8.30 option while there are no other slots booked.
Is there a setting I missed?

Ive been using fluent booking for several months now and Ive had no problems. Unfortunately this las week it has showed some inconsistencies. Right now what happened is that the appointments dont show on my google calendar. Before they where appearing without problem, dont know if its because of the new features or something but just letting you guys know.

Would be great if we could add different availability per location. At the moment, the only way to do this is create different calendars

When i cancel an event, the client gets a cancellation email from Apple, but the FBooking email isn't sent.....

Also the client gets 2 Mails when booking an event: 1 from FBooking, 1 from Apple

Did Apple change something? does anyone else using Apple have this problem?

A solid update for FluentBooking today.

This one is focused on the things that quietly slow you down: getting your booking data out for reports or CRM imports, keeping no-shows from falling through the cracks, and making the bookings list remember where you left off.

Here is what is new in 2.1.0:

• One-click CSV export for bookings. Right next to the search box on the Bookings list. Respects every filter you have already set, so you export exactly what you are looking at. Includes booking ID, event title, host, attendee details, status, times, location, full UTM attribution, source URL, device, timezone, and creation time. If you are on FluentBookingPro and charge for events, it adds 10 more columns for payment reconciliation (order number, currency, totals, discount, tax, paid-at, refunded-at, transaction type, gateway charge ID). Up to 2,000 rows per export, and the file opens cleanly in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers without breaking on emojis or accented names.
• No-Show trigger for FluentCRM automations. Mark a booking as a no-show and your CRM picks it up instantly. Tag the contact, drop them into a re-engagement sequence, or route them to follow-up. Pair it with the existing booking-created and cancelled triggers and you have the full attendance lifecycle wired into FluentCRM. No glue scripts.
• Saved filters on the Bookings list. Author and Status filters now persist across reloads, tabs, and days. No more clicking back from a booking and having to re-filter everything.
• PHP 8.4 compatibility. Clean codebase on the new runtime, no deprecation warnings. If your host has rolled out PHP 8.4, you are covered.

A solid round of fixes too: Apple Calendar events now render in the host's timezone (Mac, iPhone, iPad all show the right local time with DST handled), Outlook add-to-calendar shows correct time and details, FluentCart checkout prefills split first/last name fields properly, Stripe sub-cent precision and coupon conversion fixed, date field selectable on iPhone Safari, calendar no longer flashes "no availability" when auto-advancing to next month, and a bunch of security hardening across calendars, events, OAuth state, and ICS output.

Bug Report – Meeting Location Display

There are two related issues with the meeting booking location display:

1. When there are multiple meeting locations and one of them is “In Person (Organizer Address)”, the booking page currently displays:
   “In Person (Organizer Address)” twice
   instead of showing the actual organizer address.
2. Even when there is only one organizer address configured, the UI still shows:
   “In Person (Organizer Address)”
   instead of displaying the real physical address.

This creates confusion for the person booking the meeting because they have no visibility into where the meeting is actually taking place.

Expected behavior:
The actual organizer address should always be displayed to the attendee, both for single and multiple location setups.

I need help with a configuration issue regarding Calendar Conflicts. Here is the situation:

The Setup:

• Host: One person.
• Services: We have 1:1 meetings (Consultations) and 1:Many events (Group sessions at a Festival).
• Sync: The host’s Google/Outlook calendar is synced to Fluent Booking.

The Problem:

1. The host is working at a Festival. She marked "Festival" as BUSY in her personal Google Calendar so she doesn't get 1:1 bookings during that time.
2. However, she is hosting Group Events during that festival.
3. Because her personal calendar says she is "Busy," Fluent Booking blocks the Group Events. People cannot book the festival sessions because the system thinks the host is unavailable.

What we need: If she removes the "Busy" status from her personal calendar, her 1:1 calendars become open, which we don't want.

My Question: Is there a way to make a specific 1:Many (Group) Event ignore "Busy" conflicts from the personal calendar, while still keeping the 1:1 Meetings synced to those conflicts?

Basically, we want the Group Event to be bookable even if the personal calendar says the host is "Busy" during that specific time.

How can we achieve this without manually editing every single calendar service?
