I've seen this section under "Reports" showing statistics at a country level.

But, I am not sure how Fluent Forms is fetching this info: Is from IP?

1- Do we have to ask for the country on the form? How can we have this at a form level?

2- Also, I've seen that in the "Visual Reporting" section on specific forms, the Sending Statistics are blank. Can someone confirm if this happens also on your end?

it's available on General statistics, but not if you go to> Form > Entries > Visual Reports.

I'm currently using Fluent Forms to handle monthly subscriptions and FluentCRM for automations. Support didnt have a solution for me so I'm looking for some guidance or suggestions from anyone who’s handled a similar setup.

GOAL: when a member cancels their subscription, I want them to retain access until the end of their current billing period, and only after that should tags be removed or access restricted. We’re not doing pro-rated cancellations, so access should last until the subscription end date.

Has anyone implemented this successfully or found a better solution for handling access timing after cancellations?open to any workflows, tips, or recommendations!

Hi guys, has anyone used fluentforms for pay-walled content on their blog? I can't seem to find any examples online of how it looks, and if you have the option to control how much of of the gated blog post you can display to the public as a preview.

I'm hoping there's an option to set a control like "show first 300 words" of the blog post. Has anyone used it successfully, or are you using other plugins for this feature for now?

I've got a payment form set up, and there doesn't appear to be an option with the Google Sheets integration to choose whether the form is added to the sheet when it is submitted or when payment is made.

Is there a way of controlling this? I only want to add to the sheet if payment is made.

What's the easiest way to mark entries as read? Is there a way to automate it so a entry gets marked as read? I can't find a setting in the form.

We have new forms weekly (registering for an event) that we don't need to read through them but we need to keep the entries. And we have our community disclaimers form that we definitely don't need to read through them all.

Trying to make things easier for my business partner that is not tech savvy.

Just curious to know how you guys handle multilingual setups with Fluent.

Let’s say you have 3 different audiences speaking 3 different languages (or more), how do you usually manage this across forms, automations, etc.?

Some options we’re considering:

1. Adding a “select language” field on forms, then running separate workflows for each language.
2. Redirecting users based on IP/country, so they land in the right system from the start.
3. Or even set up localized pricing alongside translations.

And above all: how do you approach site translations alongside these automations?

Any tips or experiences would be super appreciated 😄.

In FlyingPress cache exclusions, is everyone simply excluding the pages where there are Fluentforms? Is there anything else to exclude as a rule for FF?

And what if I put little signup forms in various places throughout the site - do I still exclude every page - because if so I could end up excluding most of the site? That's a bad idea...🧐 Advice welcomed.

I'm exporting a Fluent form & all current entries from site A and importing to site B. It's super easy and I'm very impressed with the process.

One thing: on import the entry with the most current date becomes #1. Whereas on the original site the oldest entry starts at #1 and they count up.

Is it possible (and easy) to import the entries so that the oldest submission is #1 and they number sequentially up from there?

Hi, I would like to delete my test submissions in Fluent Forms (I can see only option to delete entries). Is it possible?
